The pharmacists and their assistants? attitude stinks. They speak to people like dirt. They probably don?t care as they will always get passing trade. Never going in there again.

Very well-run and maintained. Polite and helpful staff. Neatly placed items makes them easy to find. Thank-you kindly.

It?s not somewhere you want to spend time in and browse. Shuts too early. Staff seem sad unfortunately and may come off a bit stand offish. This branch needs rejuvenation.

Popped in before work to ask about eye drops for suspected conjunctivitis. The new pharmacist was super helpful and friendly.

The Manager is vile and rude. Shouting at customers for no reason. Service in general is slow and stock is terrible. This is my local boots but they are so rude and useless I?ve stopped going there

Works as a convenience store at the train station, but is missing some essentials you would expect to see at typical boots.

The prescription counter is a disaster. Staff are abrupt, they ask you a question and do not allow you to answer it by talking over you. They are rude, pedantic and unfriendly. The only reason I still get my prescribed medication from this store is because of the convenience as it is only a few minutes away from work.

Went to this pharmacy to purchase a personal item at the pharmacy counter and the counter assistant was not at all civil with me. No greeting or farewell, nor did she make any eye contact with me. I felt most unwelcome. Not sure if it was because of what I was purchasing or because of my accent. Glad this is not my local pharmacy.

Came in middle of the day to collect a prescription. Was told the pharmacist was on break and to wait 10-15mins. Ended up waiting an extra half hour. Why the pharmacist was on a break in the middle of the day I do not quite know. This was all after I wasn?t serviced the previous day because I came in at 6:03pm (pharmacy closed at 6pm) despite the store closing at 6:30pm (the whole reason I came in at that time

This is my local pharmacy. No weekend service. EXTREMELY slow staff despite the queues. Often receive texts saying your medicine's ready, to arrive and it's not there and not even in stocks.Scores 2 points for being literally metres away, otherwise avoid and support a local pharmacy.

**Do not get your medicine here.**Sent the medicine to this Boots on a Saturday as it says they are open on the weekend on Google. However, the pharmacy is closed on the weekend it's just the store that is opened. Annoying that they have wrong information on Google but fine.I go back the next day and the prescription is not ready. They tell me to come back the next day, and the prescription is not ready again. Just to clarify this was for antibiotics so needed urgently and not something that I regularly have at home. At this point, I stand my ground and argue to get it ready. As I wait I go grab a bottle of water and although I am the first one in line to pay it takes me 20 minutes to pay because the staff just chats, ignores you or walks away. There was a line of about 10 people behind me and the lady at the till just walks away and doesn't come back. Honestly this boots is a joke, avoid if you can.

Repeated poor service at the prescription counter, arriving early to an empty store, I informed two members of staff at the prescription counter that I wanted to collect a prescription. I was repeatedly told to wait for the pharmacist, which I did at the counter. 20 minutes later, the very polite and professional pharmacist came out with no idea I was waiting, finally took my details and told me I should have informed the counter staff I was there. This type of thing is a regular occurrence here. If there was any alternative place to collect prescriptions locally I wouldn't use this pharmacy.

I walked to this store today to buy some cold and flu medicine only to discover that the pharmacy section was closed. It was then that I remembered that I had gone to the same store on a weekend a couple of months ago to pick up a prescription and the pharmacy section was also closed. I can't understand how it can be justified to not have a medicine service on weekends. There is a large local population which, based on my research today after my failed visit to the Hay's Galleria store, has no access to pharmaceutical services on a weekend. I was unable to find any other pharmacies in the area that were open on a Sunday. Considering that this is Zone 1 London, it's a disgrace that such an essential health service is unavailable. Medication needs are not just Monday to Friday within business hours. What is the point of a pharmacy that is open but won't dispense medications, including OTC?
