The staff are fantastic and helped me with my needs. Very helpful in the regards of I'm not great at picking matching outfits but they helped me match a full outfit, while they had a large delivery they were very friendly.

Went to buy a gift card for a quick gift. It took ages as they gave me a damaged gift card. At the end they didn't change it or gave me the money back even if I insisted multiple times and asked to cancel the sale. Such a simple thing as a gift card purchase became a nightmare. I have now to go to the birthday with a damaged birthday card all because of them. Definitely don't suggest to go to this shop.

The menswear store I wish I'd found 8 years ago! Great quality shirts at prices offering great value, bucking the 2023 trend. Staff always friendly, attentive and ready to go the extra mile to help. I'm now a huge brand advocate (and independently so!).

First time shopping at CT and what a lovely experience. Usually hard to find my size in stock at the store to either purchase or even try on but they had everything available which is sadly unusual for me. Catherine and Olivia were amazing helping to measure everything to make sure it fit right and having all the patience in the world. Thank you both for a great service and will definitely be back again. Always a plus when you can order your actual size to the store without being limited to what is available there and then.

Im a repeat client of Charles Tyrwhitt, but it was a first time at this location, first impression dry environment, what didn?t help was that short Indian guy, low energy, not welcoming and with below par customer service skills. I ended up buying with another assistant but damm, this guy so bad he sticks out.

I?ve been buying CT for years. Usually their shirts, and more recently their chinos and blazers. Their clothing is very good quality and their return policy is amazing (6 month return). They always, always have some discount going so never pay full price- look online for discount codes or just ask for one in the shop.

Just bought a £400 suit from London Bridge store. The suit is fine but a hello, goodbye, how can I help etc would have been good. The only words i had was asking for the money. Reccomend the self service so might as well have bought, or not, online!

I ordered a dinner suit from the London Bridge store back in April and the service was incredible even when I had to get an adjustment to the jacket made later on. The staff are also very friendly and pleasant to interact with. There's also a nice vibe in the store with a good choice of music and nice aromas.

Brilliant, knowledgable, friendly staff who clearly know their product and help customers purchase the right items. They went the extra mile to help me find the shirts and styles I needed and even secured some at other stores to enable me to get what I needed in the timeframe I had. Highly recommended.
