Terrible experience. Toilet was clean but can’t use it, they were so busy on closing as its not closing time I don’t know why a brand like kfc has staffs like this. Disappointed with kfc tower hill branch.

Visited KFC in Borough High, London for a quick pitstop and ordered a wrap. The size was smaller than anticipated, but the overall experience was decent. Convenient for a quick bite, and the cleanliness was appreciated. 4 stars for the efficient service and

Absolutely disgusting service.The manager has no manners and is rude don’t eat here!!!!!!!!Refused to give me his name and was verbally & physically abusive!
