Bought two bottles of wine from this store, no problem. As going through the station, one bottle dropped and smashed. Security for the station recommended I go to m\\u0026s as they might give me a new bottle, since I was bumped into when the wine smashed, so it wasn't my fault. The guy on the door was massively unhelpful, while I would have felt very lucky and grateful if they had given me a new bottle, when he didn't offer that, I at least would have thought they could have offered me a bin to put my smashed wine into. When he told me they didn't have a bin at all in the shop, I then asked for a carrier bag for the rest of my shopping, so it wasn't wine stained and with broken glass. This also was refused, and since I couldn't go into the shop with a bag with wine leaking out of it (reasonable), I couldn't even go in and buy one. There were no other staff available to help, and I did have a train to catch. I was told another member of staff was coming in one second, but after five minutes of waiting was told that they probably weren't coming as they were busy. Disappointing, frustrating, and stressful when you just need to get to a train, and I could have been very easily and very quickly helped - even just a carrier bag would have been appreciated greatly. Unnecessarily bad experience. Customer service not good.

I was going on the morning train to Dover. I can say that my experience was wonderful at this shop. I could have bought much more. Juice bottles, Cut up fruits, oranges for later, sandwich. Breakfast item's. Yogurt cups with granola topping. Gift of cookies for a friend in The Netherlands. 20 stars for this shop. Remember to bring a good bag so your shopping is not spoiled by a broken bag. You won't be dissatisfied. Many item's I have never seen wishing that I would have been able to get more.

Absolutely disgusting customer service at the london bridge branch next to gates underground , after buying my items i asked a very rude guy on till service if any forks were available ?
He just walked off saying nothing ! Upon his return produced a handful and said nothing I took a few for myself and colleagues we were sharing a salad and few other things so spare forks needed (at no point in any other stores have I ever been told how many forks spoons etc I could take )? He Immediately got aggressive and said who are they all.for why do I need so many ? young girl in east europenian accent said sorry and gave me 5 forks .Continued to question me.as a customer asking me ridiculous questions about taking couple forks this member of staff had he been employed by my company, would be under investigation by now customer service was no where to be seen today at london bridge vile rude member of staff hateful experience all round

I always stop by here on my way to work or coming back, their selection of items is very good. Specially the ready meals and cocktail cans.
Also I was very impressed by the customer service of Momor and Lynn they really go the extra mile to provide a good customer experience.
