Lovely store located in Borough Market. Was assisted by the most helpful and welcoming staff member. I ended up purchasing a few skin care items that I absolutely love. I'm sorry I didn't get the shop member's name. He was a gentleman from Malta. Also gave us suggestions on where to have lunch in the area.

I had such a great customer experience here with the lovely Robyn, who is so knowledgeable and friendly. She listened, asked questions, recommended products, and mixed oils and all with patience and real warmth. A lovely ambassador for Neal's Yard and a pleasure to deal with. And of course the products are just gorgeous!
