Bad coffee almost almost every visit. I ordered a very expensive flat white; the drink was way too hot, definitely burnt & the milk hadn?t been steamed properly so had no smoothness to it. I think the barista?s need proper training. Can?t charge that much for what you could get from a coffee machine. See you at Nero.

Waited over 10 minutes for a tea. Drinks waiting and they didn't know who they were for. Had to leave to catch my train. Might be acceptable if there was a long queue but there was just 5 staff achieving nothing for the customers

I just wanted to say thank you for the most amazing service I receive every morning from your Waterloo branch, inside the station. The team is extremely hardworking and totally deserves the praise! My favourite lady is Mirabella. She is a true gem, I enjoy her kindness, professionalism and her smile.

What a depressing experience this place is. Order an Americano. Asked drink in or takeaway? Drink in. £3 worse off. Paper cup - why? Insipid coffee and no crema. Dirty benches to sit at, crumbs and previous customers' mess. Clear my own space. Queues which are inherently unfair as move at different speeds and competing to see a server. Pret - uniqueues please! People standing around waiting for their coffees to be shouted out loud. No sign of anyone tidying up or cleaning. Ugh, just dire.

This is the best place to use as a reference point to meet people. Just next to the Big old Clock in the station and in front of the main trains arriving and departure trains billboards.It?s easy to find and easy to run to your train, and with your coffee for the journey

Surprisingly some staff in here don't understand the meaning of hot drinks as they literally served me almost cold chai latte....when I asked for a hot one she got back to me saying "it's extra hot now"....that was simply THE STUPIDEST thing in a very pathetic attitude. Please hire some educated and well mannered staff members.

So disgusting place. Their hygiene level should be 1. They never wiped out steam nozzle. Staffs are so lazy and rude. The worst Pret in England.

Good place to get a quick coffee at Waterloo Station. Very busy but as expected. However, the young blonde lad taking orders has incredibly poor customer service skills. Didn?t look me in the eye once and when he forgot to charge me for the coffees I ordered with my food made me feel like the biggest burden in the world. Didn?t even utter a word to me.Credit to the people making the coffee though, they still do a great job considering how busy it was.Date visited: 02/10/22Time: 12:00

Extremely poor service. Staff very slow and unmotivated. Every morning it takes from 10-16 minutes to have my coffee delivered from the moment it?s paid. This is a coffee shop in a massive train station where timekeeping is essential. The premise MUST have enough staff to deliver good service and most important FULLY TRAINED.

A usefully located Pret, that opens until 11:00 p.m.However, note that they don't have the full cold drink selection at this branch, in common with most station outlets.

10.30pm and not one single sandwich. Hot or cold. a dismal show of some fruit pots. Poor show Pret. Trains and customers for another 2 hours. How disappointing.

Usually the Pret is great but the service today was absolutely terrible. The hot drinks service was incredibly disorganised.It was very quiet when i arrived but the queue was slow. By the time i left after waiting 9 minutes (& missed 2 trains) it was absolutely rammed.When I politely asked where my drink was, instead of an apology I git attotude from the barista.
