Terrible customer service.I've called several stores and no one answered. The stores don't answer there phones and they don't use their emails. There's social media sites are just as there for illusion. Terrible, I've been waiting for 10 day to get my order confirmation number, I have yet to receive it. I also do not have a tracking number or a receipt. Terrible. 1 star is too generous.

Atrocious. I never write reviews but I had a horrible experience here. I bought trainers from Sports Direct and the heels broke and started cutting my feet anytime I wore them. I brought the shoes in for any kind of refund, exchange, vouchers etc and the staff treated me terribly. I eventually said how legally I'm entitled for them to repair or exchange my shoes as they're not fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality and they told me this wasn't store policy. I explained as nicely as I could that I'm a lawyer and as their receipt says I'm entitled to my statutory rights and they outright refused illegally. The manager said he wouldn't tell me his name as he would get in trouble... I explained that of course he'd get in trouble because it's illegal to not let me return shoes within the legal timeframe when they're cutting my feet and I had the receipt, box, card and shoes in otherwise good quality. Eventually I found out his name is Andrew, unless they lied. But terrible experience and literally breaking the law and I will be following this up with Sports Direct online.

Unorganised store. This morning, there were alot of shoes and clothes laying on the floor and no shoes on display for the football section. What happened to safety of the customers if there was a fire??

Awful customer experience. Although the store was empty, found it hard to get anyone's attention. Wanted to try on 4 different sets of trainers, the assistant went and fetched one of them (which took about 10 mins) and then just walked off.

The east African lady cashier processing an exchange was rude, impolite and sour. Seems not to have customer service skills at all. She just asked for receipts without eye contact and grabbing and dropping items over the desk. Was like were not customers but just doing a job she does not enjoy.I will prefer to visit other Sport Direct Stores in the future.

Very expensive..Harrods prices..teshirts advertising their products and want you to buy it very good strategy...and there are idiots who don't mind buying it ..never mind go and eat more mc donalds

The guy I bought my shoes from was lovely & helpful. But when I tried to return them I was refused an exchange / credit because they insisted I had wore the shoes outside.I had only worn them inside and there was a tiny bit of dust on the tread. I feel like I've been scammed. Won't be shopping here again.Also terrible that they full stop do not offer a refund if you buy instore. Only exchange or credit, both of which I was refused anyway.
