Great stuff as always, the Tama squid was yum and so was the firecracker curry with chicken. I the prices are decent considering the location.

I went to Wagamamas for a friends birthday meal with a big group in August, the service was brilliant. The manager was so lovely and surprised us with three plates of free cake that allowed all of us to try some, he did not have to do this but it was an act of kindness that I felt was necessary to write a review about. This really shows the positive atmosphere of the people that work there, can?t wait to go back!

We had a delightful dining experience. The ambiance is charming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food is exceptional, with a diverse menu and delicious flavors. Above all, Manager Ellian provided an attentive and friendly service! We would only come back because of him.

It's been a while since visiting Wagamamas, and this time, I tried their ramens. I was fairly disappointed with the food since the ramen noodles were soft, and the broth tasted slightly watery to me without enough depth in flavour that I ended up adding soy sauce to it.On the plus side, the meats were tender and had a bit more flavour to it.The chilli squid was crispy and came with a nice dipping sauce, but compared to other places, the squid was a little chewy and tough.My favourite dish was the pork and panko apple bao bun, which tasted great with a slight kick, but I wish they were bigger.The service was friendly and efficient and you can now just pay using the QR code so that is easy to do as well. Overall, for the quality of the food, I think the place is a bit pricey and I would not be in a rush to return.

As another reviewer noted, even the best food won't fix a terrible service experience... and the food was only just OK. As you can see from the pictures the place wasn't at all busy. My partner received his order and then I waited, and waited and waited some more. Tried to attract our server's attention, but no joy. Finally, after 10+ minutes, another server noticed that I hadn't been served and ended up bringing me a 'new dish to try', and then my food arrived 2 minutes later, because in actuality, my order had been ignored and 2 minutes was all the time it took to cook after the order was placed. Despite being very close to our hotel, we didn't bother to subject ourselves to that experience again during the length of our stay.

All the food was good overall, although, the rice for the katsu curry was a bit stodgy and more like risotto rice than Japanese rice.The atmosphere was quite nice, and we ate in the evening so it was a nice occasion.However, although we were in a party of 8, it took around 10-12 minutes for us to be seated in doors, and then around another 10 minutes for someone to come to take our orders.My mum is gluten intolerant, and has a nut allergy so after multiple people going to ask about my mother being able to order, it took about 20 minutes for a waiter to take my mums order.My sister ordered the same meal as me, and after many people at my table going to ask many waiters about her meal, it took about an hour for her food to come. The whole table had finished their food by then, and it was very late at about 8 o?clock. Everyone was tired so we ended up taking it home in a takeaway box, and so my young sister did not have a dinner that evening due to the poor service.

Always a great experience! Sunday night at 6.30, the place was very busy. We had to wait in a queue outside for 10-15 minutes but it is worth the wait.My teenage daughter had grilled chicken ramen, my husband chili chicken ramen and I chicken katsu. We shared some chicken and duck gyoza too.All the food lacked a bit of salt but that was easily solved. Apart from that, Wagamama never disappoints!The venue is more effective than cosy, and the room temperature below what I?d prefer, but nevertheless I?ll be back again and again and again.

The food was delicious & Absar was very friendly and super helpful. Attentive too. Because of a glitch at the system my meal was late and they offered it to me for free.

The food was amazing. Upon being seated we looked at what drinks we wanted and food, it took along time for staff to approach us to even take a drinks order. Then when we wanted to pay we had no table number so that then took awhile before a staff member was approachable to even ask what it was.
