Management in this branch is a joke. All staff members must know each other and are always speaking in their own language, they seem to get annoyed when being prompted to do their job by paying customers.There?s always ONE till open, and many self service check outs which creates chaos during busy hours. Staff members become annoyed when there are issues at the self service, especially with the elderly and people who do not speak English very well. The security guard is often taking trolleys and baskets back to their area because of the shop organisation so the front door is empty many times, he deserves a pay riseThere was a sign that stated delivery was available today, and many people had full trolleys with the intention they?ll be able to get home delivery. But reaching the till they are told it?s no longer available since the morning? thiswas at 3pm WHILST the sign is still up.Overall, they should provide better training to staff members and maybe hire people who enjoy working retail jobs, management needs extreme work. In fact this whole store needs new staff and managers.

Iceland bonus card works in a different way than other supermarkets. For example, if you spend 100 pounds in Tesco or Sainsbury's and scan your Necter/club card then you will receive £1.00. At Iceland you do not get any point's or money if you scan(unless there is promotional offers only for bonus card member's). If you put £20 pounds in your bonus card, you get £1 from Iceland. It means it will become £21. If you put £100 then it will be become £105. Every week I add £40 pounds in my bonus card and I get £2 pounds. Normally, in Christmas time for £20 pounds you add in your bonus card, you will get £2. Iceland products are way cheaper than other supermarkets. You can definitely save little bit here than Tesco and Sainsbury's.

My friend is honest to the point of insanity but guess what happened she was actually accused of stealing as she arrived at the till to quote the store staff if we scan these items and they are found to be hours your in a lot of trouble well cleaver clogs the items were not yours,why not check the CCTV first no amount of apologies helped especially as they didn't come from the customer service person who saw fit to cause my friend absolute embarrassment and to top that the guy went out on a break icey stares at Iceland.

The shop was organised, and had most of the products I needed. The price was also good. But they provide ?discount card? which is basically a debit card type that you can top up and then spend, so there is no discount really. When I asked how the discount card works, the employees could not reply properly as if they were confused too. Employees were rude too. No till was open when there was a long queue in the self-checkout. When told to open the till, the employee simply said no they can?t open the till because they were alone on the till area. Did not even say sorry about it. Terrible experience in terms of customer service.

Terrible customer service, I am pregnant thirsty and in pain i just wanted to buy a bottle of water, as in every other shop i thought I must have priority so i went in front of the qeue, the staff lady assisting said I didnt have priority. Great way for you guys to treat your customers.
