Kat customer service representative behind the counter extrimly rude behaviour. Kat lacking of professionalism while dealing with customer. Her manner and the tone of her voice is very rude. Kat Grown up women working for the post office , you should be people person, Kat your behaviour is unacceptable. Kat need to learn to respect people and provide the best customer service. You are representing British Post office have some courtesy and respect for your customer. You have a bad manner. I will follow up a complaint against you.

Kat most professional kind and courteous. I was asking for an exchange of money from pounds to euros and she found me the best rate which I?m very pleased with. She went above and beyond her normal duties to ensure that I got the best rate Which I very much appreciated. A wonderful person that really knows her job and I would highly recommend that people use this post office.

Such slow service. They all need to be taught how to provide good customer service. The worst post office. They are so slow even more when there?s long queues.

The lady with the hijab that always wears a mask is genuinely so rude. Every interaction with this individual is negative, especially compared to the other staff members who actually know how to do their job properly. Maybe this is a lack of training but looking at the other reviews, this is a clear pattern that?s OVER 3 years old? how can you not have improved even slightly in 3+ years. I have seen this treatment with other customers too so take from that what you will.I work in retail myself and I?ve never seen anyone treat people this bad? I do understand that days can be hard and difficult but there is no need to take it out on customers who actually appreciate you?

Yes, sometimes a queue sometimes not, but the staff are cheerful and lovely, often going the extra mile to be helpful .

Alright so I read the reviews and I can definitely see the truth in this. I have lived in Roman Road and have seen it for 28 years.When I was younger it was fast moving and great. 5 cashier tills, as a kid you would just hold out to listen to the tannoy "Cashier nummmberrr siiix pleaasse".Today and the past 6 years it has been far from this. When I read reviews such as staff moving so slow its true! It's like they have a 10kg weights chained to their hands and feet.The white old guy has been there for years and is super friendly and pretty efficient.Like all the other reviews, the black lady in the Hijab is really rude. She was worse initially around 5 years ago but seems to have really calmed down now but still seems to have the bad habits based on other reviews. Everyone else is pleasant but just slow. It's so slow paced you no longer need the tannoy and whilst three people are behind the screen there is only ever one or two operating at best.I would highly recommend the post office hiring two young people. Who have energy and can solve things quickly and efficiently.

I live across the road and visit often for the past 15 years. Always a positive experience with kind staff and on weekdays the staff serve everyone in the queue well after closing time. There are often queues at around lunch time and near closing time but at other times it is empty.

Extremely slow staff. I am always considered with my reviews but in 6 months living in tower Hamlets, I have come around 15 times. And there is no one that I have come fast. Always minimum 15 minutes to 30 hour in the Q. By the way about the staff some are friendly some are rude. But they work, behave , walk, move their hands like the life is so heavy that they cannot stand anymore. Ufff even if it's urgent it's a waste of time.Barely you can find all the counters working, just 1 or 2 even if it's people inside, with Q's of 15-20 persons.
