I booked an appointment online and was amazed by the range of appointments on offer. Less than 48hrs later I was in this store, ready for my appointment, having received a very friendly welcome. My test was great, with everything explained and carried out with total professionalism. I did need a prescription, but wasn't pressured into choosing glasses there and then which I really appreciated. I look forward to returning to get my glasses with the moral support (and brutal opinion) of my wife!

I came in the morning and I was served by a lady called Mimi. She came across very rude and the tone of her voice was very upsetting . It was my first time at the eye test. She made me feel very little because I was on benefits .

The team at the Bethnal Green store are fantastic. Everyone that works there has a great customer-focused attitude and are a pleasure to deal with. The warm greeting you receive when you walk into the store sets a positive tone for the ensuing interaction. Today I dealt with Shaz. He was personable and professional. His customer service was impeccable. Thanks guys!

I want to see them last week as my daughter damaged her glass frame, the staff member fixed the frame and tightened my daughters spare glass too. The service I received was EXCELLENT, good attention to detail too. The only downside, I did not get the Assistant's name.I don't normally leave a review, but the service I received was far better than i imagined, even from Specsavers.Thank you very much.

Super friendly options. Felt like everything was explained really clearly to me. They were really helpful to me when I was picking out glasses. There were loads of options on different price ranges. The store was clean and laid out nicely. Would definitely recommend going there for an eye test even if your sight is fine. They can check the health of your eyes which is actually arguably more important than the vision on its own

Absolutely amazing bunch in the bethnal green store! Greeted well, fantastic communication, was seen to quickly, everything was explained properly and the staff members although it was closing time still stayed behind and helped me choose my glasses until i was satisfied. I recently visited Specsavers in Bethnal Green to have my broken glasses fixed. I was greeted by Jen, who was very friendly and helpful. She took the time to understand my needs and explain the different options available to me.Jen fixed my broken glasses quickly and efficiently. She also tightened my other set of glasses, which had been loose. She made sure that I was happy with the results before I left.I would highly recommend Specsavers to anyone who needs eye care. They offer excellent service and value for money.

Went in a bit panicked about having blurred vision and speckling asking to be seen, they didn?t examine me. Asked me to go to the eye clinic in Whitechapel, i explained I don?t like hospitals and could they just check me out before I have to go to the hospital. They wouldn?t! Really disappointing service, going to hospital can be a traumatic experience for someone and I wanted professional advice before I had to make that decision.You?re supposed to be a medical professional!I also feel I was upsold my ? new ? lens?s which I don?t feel I needed. They kept getting the strength wrong and it took months and months to get both pairs of glasses done and i kept telling them they were not right but in the end I just accepted the new lens and I barely wear my glasses now cos I feel they are not correct.Massively disappointed with this branch
