Bizarre company - I?ve placed two orders, neither of which have arrived. I?ve received two emails from customer services- one saying my parcels have been one and one stating they have been lost in transit. Don?t order from this company. They?re a scam.

Absolute joke of a company!. Ordered some shoes and was then told they were the last of my size in stock and were found to have defects so they would have to cancel my order and refund me the money within 3-5 working days.\\n\\nWay over a week went by and still nothing.\\nI then contacted them to see what was going on and they say the refund has been fully issued but I have not yet received anything, so my only option was to contact my bank and start a merchant dispute.\\n\\nThe only way you will get your refund is if you contact your bank and claim a merchant dispute.\\n\\nAVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

I have wasted all day trying to buy goods from Boots. Why? I am 93 and can no longer drive to a shop. Having got to the end of my searches I went to pay - only to have my telephone number referred to as not valid. It is a BT landline of course. I cannot use a mobile phone as the print is too small. How many older people do not have mobile phones???????????Thousands I would suggest.Pearl CatlinBoots you are a disgraceAnd I would wager a great deal that you do not even care.

ordered some Clark?s shoes on the 8th of May they said they are waiting for delivery of them but l have still not heard any response from them to tell me if they are still being delivered or not

Great prices and absolutely amazing service! It?s the second time I?m buying trainers from TOWER, both times fastest delivery I have ever experienced. Ordered online on Saturday and already received on Monday. I have chosen 3-5 working days delivery, but received rocket fast. Always cheapest online prices on sales. Thank you TOWER! Keep on doing great job.

Shocking lack of customer service. I've tried on numerous occasions to call the head office and no answer. I've sent emails and no reply!! Ordered on the 8th Dec and as of yet havnt received my boots...which were for a Christmas present. Now going for a refund. Do not order from this company!!!! Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. If I could I'd leave no stars at all

BUYER BEWAREPricing for footwear is all over the place! Check regularly if your going to order as prices fluctuating daily. I saw some DM boots at £70, waited 24 hours for the 10% off email from Tower, I then went to order the following day and they had increased the price to £113!

I ordered some trainers in November to be informed weeks later they were out stock which i totally appreciate. After saying i will now be refunded they no longer email me. I have tried to contact multiple times. I just want to know when i will have my money back

I placed an order on 19th November with an expected delivery of 3-5 working days. After countless emails chasing why I hadn't heard anything I finally got an email back on 13th December saying it was dispatched! Parcel arrived on 16th December however half the items were missing! Contacted by email yet again and it took 3 days for them to reply asking me to photograph the item I had no received!?!? Is this some sort of sick joke?????? I have asked for a refund but obviously haven't received a reply.They do not answer the phone either!I would say customer service is poor but it's actually non existent!

Awful service, I placed my order online on the 26th November for two pairs of boots. Have chased via the messaging service about 7 times( can't find a number to call) each time they take over 48hrs to respond. They have acknowledged 7 days ago, the order has been lost but have still not redespatched. Three weeks and I still have not got my shoes and nobody seems to be redespatching my order. They have, of course, got my money!

I cannot get hold of anyone regarding my Ugg slippers that were returned to sender by Royal Mail 3 weeks ago as they couldnt find my address! I understand this isn?t tower London fault but, 3 weeks later No refund, no sign of them being resent, nobody answers the phone or replies to my emails! It is getting very frustrating!

Similar issue order 2nd Dec no delivery had to call store to pass on my details after no reply to 2 emails sent. Finally got sorry seems to be lost do you want refund or resent. Answered but no confirmation again so left wondering whats happening and no Christmas's present for nephew now. Very poor service .

Office doesnt answer the phone. Customer service is the lowest level ive experienced ever!!!I ordered boots, never been dispatched. The company is a load of crapp!
