I just had inflated balloons yesterday for Eid celebration I surprise this morning they was in floor and yesterday when I arrived home one of them was deflated not enough helium my children are so upset

Had 12 balloons inflated there for a graduation party, and they were not filled correctly and enough. If balloons aren't filled with enough helium until they reach the correct size they will not float. I even asked them to fill it up more because it was looking odd but she kept insisting it would pop. I have come home with them just now (5 minutes walk from Card Factory) and they have all deflated and do not float at all. So disappointed. Waste of product money and the worst customer service.

Brilliant card shop just wish it had more variety of cards for certain things and balloons wasn't so expensive when I can get them cheaper online happy to buy here again for next birthday's

Cards of cheap enough but the range of specific cards are limited, ie Mum, Dad Brother, Sister etc.

Staff were great. Quite limited stock for Xmas card selection. Busy as usual at this time of the year. Social distancing measures in place outside the store.
