The Bexleyheath store have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff always have time to help you.There store managers olly and Lauren and joshen who helped choose my S24 ultra where brilliant.I would not go to any other store thank-you for help.

Can't say I was happy.. had bought a phone didn't work, took it back got a second phone didn't work.. took it back again.. then got a refund but refused to refund the SIM card. Not impressed

Went twice to Bexleyheath store get an Apple Watch.Both times the guy messed it up and in total I spent 2 hours trying to do something that I was told would take 20 mins.ended up cancelling it and the bloke didn?t seem to be bothered about any of it.very frustrating

Went in and told to take a seat while waiting as the staff were busy, which I understood. While waiting and when staff became free, they decided to serve other customers who had come in after me ! So I got up and went to EE instead, who got my business.UpdateI hope O2 at Bexleyheath read this.I am too busy to go onto an O2 link to discuss this. It is their staff that they should be talking to.

Wasted over an hour trying to renew my phone contract.The O2 staff tried for over an hour to contact their business support team on three different phone lines but to no avail.They tried to do it on line but to no avail.This was because my renewal date wasnt until 12/6/23.I will have to go back again next week.

I would like to show appreciation for Luke's exceptional technical support during my recent visit to the O2 store. Not only did he understand my concerns when I had no phone for a day, but he also went above and beyond to help me. Furthermore, I appreciated the friendly chat we had about life, which made my experience positive in general. His positive attitude, professionalism, and dedication to his role were great!Overall, I had an outstanding experience at the O2 store - I would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of technical support.
