Another review of how miserable and unhelpful the blonde lady is who works there the majority of the time.Used this post office for a duration, a long time ago and decided not to use it again back then due to atrocious service, selective opening times and poor wait times.Chanced it for ease on an off day and met with disappointment. I feel like this post office and the main post office in Bexleyheath are battling for worst experience award. Will not even chance it in future.

Absolutely awful. Staff are untrained and disinterested. Completely unable to handle Amazon returns for example. Two staff on different days, utterly clueless.

On the 15th Dec @ approx 14:40 a gentlemen was serving and he was very very rude!! Almost as if I was annoying him for asking to deal with a parcel.

The blonde lady that works at the post office is always very very rude! She clearly hates her job and her long nails are very impractical.

Open till 5:30pm?..apparently! turned up at 4pm on a Thursday to a sign on the counter window ?Closed today Possibly tomorrow?.??

I don?t understand why this post office has such bad reviews. Every single member of staff in the One Stop are polite, helpful and professional. Every post office has queues, every post office has to close every now and then. It?s far better than the main one in Bexleyheath. People are quick to moan but slow to appreciate. Thank you to the post office staff.

After finding it suppose to open till 5:30PM came to this as the nearest one was closed fir some weeks. But they closed 3PM though the local shop is open. This public service should not just operate whenever they feel like!

There aren't many options for Post Office services nearby, but this one is bad. Very little parking available, which makes it difficult if you have heavy or a number of parcels. Check the opening times as the main counter is often closed and the service at the cashier desk is very limited in either interest, ability or motivation to help.

Absolutely amazing service given by Lisa. Very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Lisa helped us with a large amount of parcels and couldn't be more helpful. Brilliant service, best post office in the Bexleyheath area

Never any staff there even when during stated opening hours, 3 times now I've made special journeys to find no one there

After queing for more than forty minutes I was told that the branch was not taking Parcelforce packages, apprently the guy that normally collected was on holiday. There was no sign to tell me this in advance of queing. Also on the post office website they said the branch would close at 4pm, there was a sign posted at the counter (not at the door) saying that they would be in fact closing at 3pm. Very disatisfied indeed.
