Like others had said long lines only every one person working especially at lunch time even though there are 5 counters what's the point of a post office if you cant post any thing

Staff are very nice but they need more people. However this is the way it is now they won't pay for more staff so everyone suffers. Oh and from a recent visit only open 9.00 to 3.00 now.

Prob the worst PO in the locality. Short staffed and they do not stick to the advertised opening times. I would suggest call up on the day and hope someone answers the phone to find out opening hours (for the day)

Literally been stood in this queue for 30 mins now and still only in the middle of the queue. This isn?t even a one off, it?s often like this. Why don?t they staff this place properly???

We are lucky if they have 2 people working in this post office. Huge queues always, doesn?t matter what time you turn up. It seems to be getting worse and has only 1 member of staff the last few times I?ve come in- and subsequently left, without posting whatever I?ve intended to because I simply don?t have 30+ minutes to wait in a queue for a transaction that takes about 30 seconds. This post office would benefit from self- service tills for people sending letters or parcels, I?ve seen in these in other post offices as most can do what they need to do themselves leaving the staff able to serve customers that do require their help with things like passport renewals/ pensions/travel money etc and no obscenely long queues or wait times.

?Horrible experience. I?ll definitely avoid this place in the future. I spent there 30 minutes just to get my parcel posted, which took me no more than 2 minutes. The fact that only one person was scheduled to work at the till on Saturday is ridiculous. Systematically prices for sending items are going up and provided services do not reflect this. Delays in the deliveries, lost parcels, shortages of staff at the peak time. Feel sorry for this one lady at the till tho.

Wanted to renew my passport. The person behind the counter looked terrified when I said passport renewal and kept advising me to do it online at home. Then he added that it might take more than 12weeks to get a passport with the paper and postal application.Then I asked him to do it online in the postoffice which is a service they provide and he then said the Internet lines keep breaking and that the photo he has to take (which is part of the service) does not always get accepted.I just left and will try Dartford post office.

My 1st time sending a parcel outside UK last month on the 25 April 2022. The agent told me it was going to take 6 days to reach destination when I asked how long it will take. It?s been about a month now and recipient still hasn?t received the parcel. Very disappointing to say the least. It will help to be honest with clients. Last year December I sent a parcel out to Dagenham and till date parcel hasn?t been received neither can it be found at the post office. Waste of my time and money very horrible experience to go through?????

The stars are for the staff who are really helpful and kind. However everytime I have been here there always seems to be a long queue. Even though they have 5 counters, there always only seems to be one maybe two (if you're lucky) counters operating. Having stood in the queue for over 20 minutes, and the staff being fully aware of the queue, they seem to not be bothered and therefore not do much about it. Disappointing.

Only one staff member on a Saturday, this is terrible customer service, they need to ensure they have sufficient staff cover to provide an efficient service. It's disgusting

Staff are very nice (apart from that woman with the glasses who refuses to scan my parcels) but the queues are ridiculous at all times of the day. They need more people serving. I just went there to post something and was not expecting a queue going back to the other end of the shop, so I just walked out. What is wrong with the people of Bexleyheath???
