This has to be the most gloomy, drab Waitrose in existence. Outside the paint is peeling off the building. The carpark has litter, trolleys left outside aren't particularly clean. Inside it's uninviting and dismal with limited range. The self service tills are so old they fail to operate. What a depressing, expensive, shopping experience.

A medium sized Waitrose which has the majority of things you need. However this store feels like it?s being run down to closure, the store is in poor condition, dark, flaking paint, missing lightbulbs and empty shelves. Sadly probably the worst Waitrose I?ve been to, staff were fine, store condition was not.

Today, I had an ordered delivery of groceries from Waitrose Marylebone, and I must say, the staff member who packed my bag deserves all the praise. They truly brightened my day! The order arrived in excellent condition, with careful packing and double paper bagging to ensure nothing was damaged, despite its weight. Even the damp items were thoughtfully placed in thin plastic bags.What touched me the most was finding a heartwarming message written on the paper bag: "Thank you for shopping at Waitrose Marylebone (smiley face)." It's these little acts of kindness that make a huge difference!I am incredibly satisfied with the service I received, and I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful staff member at Waitrose Marylebone responsible for my order. Thank you so much! (smiley face & hug)

Plenty of free parking. Wide isles so little jostling. Well stocked. Smashing coffee shop.

Not my favourite Waitrose store. Seems often to have a space on the shelf for the product I want. Never enough ( or any!) bread of the sort I want and they don't slice it for you. The voucher system is cumbersome and, often, once I have selected the vouchers to use in store, I find they don't have the product and I really wish you could deslect the chosen voucher and pick another one. But the system is rigid - I suppose the answer is not to select the vouchers in advance but do it in store when you know they have the product on the shelf. They make it really hard to save money. I do like a lot of Waitrose products. I just don't like this store. So I go elsewhere to do my big shop.

Terrible experience !Poor Customer service and staff were NOT helpful !Don't recommend going to Boots in there too as Customer service was just as bad !

I visited last week to do a top-up shop. I got nearly everything I wanted but wanted something that was not on the shelf. Spoke to the manager who was extremely helpful. He went to the stock room and got what I wanted. The staff is always friendly. The only thing I dont like is this push to use the self-checkouts which I hate. I seem to get into a bit of a mess with worrying if everything has been scanned and also I just feel it is a way of not having staff. Beside this, I really like this store
