Terrible customer service - twice. My husband came in last week and was met with rude behaviour and today I called and asked for suggestions, planning to come down to the shop and purchase an array of holiday items but was told to look online. So I guess Amazon is going to get my order. Useless woman on the phone unfortunately -

I ordered some stuff for my child, but when I come to collect it, I did receive really unprofessional service. The stuff were super rude and this experience left me with the feeling that I don?t want to go there again. The stuff even showed that they are unhappy for my child to touch some books and toys that potentially if she wanted I would be happy to purchase. She also were telling my kid don?t touch it, that. While I were looking for a code she were saying that she don?t have anything for me to collect. I had to prove with order number and trucking massages that parcel is there.Please do change your product if you don?t want kids to visit your store.

Regular customer here, but the tone of voice of the majority of the staff is unbelievably rude. No help even when asked for, almost zero knowledge of the assortment, weird look when returning things...when all things just go wrong

Tried to visit this morning - but they are closed all day for stock audit ?! And apparently there is no way of knowing this until you arrive at the shop. Absolutely ridiculous.Also there should be a ramp for pushchairs.Will not be returning.

Unnecessarily rude and brusk staff Terrible customer service experience. Stock range is good but I definitely wouldn't recommend this store if you need any firm of assistance. Best avoided!

Designed terribly - 3 great big steps at the entrance to get in so impossible to go in with your pram without assistance. Why oh why would you locate a baby shop there??? Doesn?t make any sense

I visit this store on a regular basis and I always get a lovely service. The staff is very friendly and always come to the door to help you with your buggy. This time, one of the members of staff was really rude and snapped at me because I did not present my buggy backwards. Also, it is not clear on the door that dogs aren?t allowed in. The tone was unprofessional, unhelpful and frankly rude. I will think twice before I visit my local shop again.

I just visited one of my favourite stores which I have visited frequently for the last several months. Today however the experience of shopping in the store left me wondering if they value me as a customer and felt I was being treated with a bias. I went to purchase a gift hamper for a dear friend and had a budget in mind and when the first cycle of billing (after 5 min of shopping) exceeded, I wanted to exchange some selection for other products which I thought might look better and go together as a hamper. While I was doing that 1) I noticed same products that had two different price and requested to scan both and they did it but were not too happy and the chief of staff told the other person in the counter - bring it here, let her also see the new price is higher as if to prove me wrong; 2) when they billed the selected items I chose second time the chief of staff instructed the lady on the counter, take payment fast and said it twice not even giving me a chance to respond on whether I was done (she did it with an intention to indicate that I might make change products again). If I was being unrealistic, I would have been okay with it. But having being head of CX and also knowing I was the only customer in the shop and this was just 10 min of shopping (not that I was standing there for 30-40 min or struggling to make a choice as i know their selection so well considering it is one of our favourite brand)I felt Unvalued and as someone disrespected (despite spending £70) . Only saving grace was the packaging which they accommodated well but overall I felt disrespected as a customer. I could have walked away, but I was gifting someone who is a new mom and wanted to ensure I get it. So I stood there patiently while being insulted (atleast that?s how they made me feel).Definitely the shop can do with much more trained staff ( the chief of staff was pouring instructions to the others and I felt sad that they have to hear all this with customer around ) and they can do better with treating customers fairly and also with more love

We bought the WOODEN FARM PLAYSET in the Blackheath store, but unfortunately several animals were missing. Very disappointed. Check before you buy.A week later we applied to the store and manager replaced with a new one.Good service!

Really great staff, lady helped me up and down steps and advised on what toy to buy for a small gift. Would give 5 star except for the steps at entrance. Will certainly visit again. Thank you. ?

Super nice staff! Shame there?s no ramp to make it easy to get up the steps. Having said that, the lady behind the counter was helping carry buggies up/down the 4 steps.
