Inside the shop is fine but outside is a nightmare. Ryman truck driver block completely the street to unload.There is a signal ?no loading? and also double yellow line and he just ignore the rules.Will be good to all customers to ignore the Ryman Blackheath too

This place has been happily serving the area for four decades, providing everything from last-minute printing services to a decent selection of drawing pens and high quality printer paper. Great little stop for that emergency refill or getting the art supplies you need for sketching your garden project.

I was unable to use the DHL Express services on more than one occasion, as the machine is also used for printing services. I do not mind waiting up to 10 minutes, but on the last occasion, I was told that I'd need to wait over 40 minutes because other customers were putting through lengthy print jobs. Why bother being a DHL Express point if you can't fulfil these services?Whenever I go in, the shop always has a queue, and usually only one member of staff. They need to have a re-think about their services and whether they can meet demand (seemingly not!)

I went there three times for printing, because I had connection problems. I waste a lot of with no conclusion. Staff not helpful at all.
