Completely disgusted with Sainsbury's customers support teamI have been a loyal customer of Sainsbury's and Argos for many years now, spending more than £7 thousand each year at their shops and petrol stations. I do all my weekly and fuel shops with them and regularly shop during the week too for up to 4-5 times per week. I was completely disappointed today with their customer support team as they wouldn't help me cancel an unfair parking charge for £60 at one of their car parks!! My family and I will never again spend a penny in their shops and petrol stations!! It's not about the £60 penalty but their complete disregard of regular customers loyalty! Better avoid!

Been there since opening never had a problem,but today I felt treated with a lack of respect and courtesy, as if I were assumed to be a potential thief. The security personnel's approach was not only unprofessional but also made me feel uncomfortable.Furthermore, there was an incident where my groceries were handled roughly, including unnecessary slamming. Came home to discover my crisps and my chocolate bar are now crumbles! Very negative experience

Bishal was amazingly helpful the other day. He carried a very heavy package for me and gave great advice on bus options. I was on my bike. Such great customer service and lovely, intelligent young man.

Good local sainsburys but the pricing is quite high and can differ, the products aren't also stocked so frequent and the exit door hasn't been fixed for a while.

Has a bit of everything, with a slightly higher price than larger supermarkets. I don?t often buy from here but it?s convenient to have it nearby. Never encountered any issues.

One should always check the price they charge, as quite often it differs from the one below the product.Also they cannot fix the exit door for a few month already. As a result we always have to track back with the push chair to the entrance, which is super inconvenient.

Most of the stuff more expensive than other Sainsbury's and online, for example pack of 5 lemon £1.9 but elsewhere £1.5, cheese topped roll 95p but elsewhere 80p. Goods are not that sufficient in terms of variety. Don't understand the logic behind this. Will never visit again.

I had an issue with a faulty product sold to me my Sainsbury's and had to deal with a very confrontational manager. This person failed to communicate effectively and was quite aggressive in their dealing of the matter. Also lacked basic customer management or issue resolution skills. Given that we have a much larger Aldi with better prices around the corner I will be thinking twice about whether I want to go back to the Sainsbury and deal with their unhelpful staff

Ok for a Sainsburys local, it's a big size for a local store. A lot of the stuff has quite a price mark-up compared to the large supermarkets.\\n\\nStaff are not the most helpful.\\n\\nSecurity may put some people off wanting to shop there as they have a preference on who they want to follow around the store and keep a 'close eye' on

Incompetent menager don't know how to talk and treat and respect customers. The staff are aggressive they can't even communicate in perfect English, they don't even know how to apologize when they make some mistake.
