Some cashiers overcharge by scanning products twice I really hope this is just an honest mistake. I realised this happens quite a lot so we have to end up asking for refunds (Always ask for your receipt)

Gets busy at time. One person serving only and had to wait for long to pay and do a simple transaction.

I don't like petrol station where you can shop as well. People tend to park on pump station and take a walk around the shop. I filled up with diesel and walk around to the counter to pay and had to wait five minutes before being serve.
