“My experience at Charles Tyrwhitt Brent Cross was nothing short of exceptional. I was in search of four shirts, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I not only found the perfect fit but also received valuable advice on sizing and style. Their expertise and attention to detail truly made the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Special mention goes to Teja at the tills, who provided a helpful reminder about the 6-month warranty that comes with the shirts. This thoughtful gesture added an extra layer of reassurance to my purchase. Charles Tyrwhitt's commitment to both quality products and outstanding customer service is evident, making it a go-to destination for anyone seeking stylish and well-fitting attire. I left the store not only with four impeccable shirts but also with a sense of satisfaction that I had received top-notch assistance. I will undoubtedly return to Charles Tyrwhitt Brent Cross for all my future clothing needs.”

“I have none bad words about this shop, it is extremely clean, shelves are full and the staff is smiley, professional and helpfull. The n.1 Waitrose icecream is too delicious, the wine selection is good and the bread and deli section is also good. This is a must stop when I am in Brent cross for me.”

“My trip to Brent Cross Shopping Centre was a mixed bag. I went there with my buddies who needed to pick up some stuff for their trip to India. The issue? Most of the stores were on the pricey side.We strolled around the mall and quickly realized it was all about high-end brands. Great if you're splurging, not so great if you're looking for a bargain. We had to hunt for the few stores with reasonable prices. The mall itself was pretty nice, though. It was clean and spacious, so we didn't mind wandering around, even if we weren't buying from every store. And they had some decent food options to keep us fueled. In a nutshell, Brent Cross Shopping Centre is cool if you're into luxury shopping, but it's not the place to go on a budget shopping spree. You might find a few deals if you search hard enough, but be prepared to open your wallet for most stuff.”

“The best Phase Eight store in London! Huge selection of clothing with fantastic staff who are always so helpful for example, I wanted to purchase a jacket for my Mum's birthday, which they didn’t have in stock, but they had it in another colour, so I was offered that, and it was even better than the one I had in mind. I just love how they went above and beyond!”

“Walking into an H&M store can feel like entering a giant fashion catalogue, brimming with the latest trends, classic staples, and statement pieces to suit a variety of styles. This international clothing brand excels in providing a wide range of affordable yet stylish options, making it a must-visit destination for fashion-forward individuals on a budget. What sets H&M apart from its competitors is the sheer diversity of its offerings. Whether you are looking for a sleek suit for work, a fun summer dress, trendy accessories, or cozy loungewear, H&M has you covered. The brand stays up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, ensuring you're always in vogue without breaking the bank. One of the standout aspects of shopping at H&M is the quality. Given the affordability of their products, one might expect lesser quality, but this is not the case. Most of their items are well-made, durable, and can withstand repeated washing and wearing. The brand's use of sustainable and recycled materials in some of their lines is a commendable initiative, underscoring their commitment to environmental responsibility. In terms of customer service, H&M generally offers a satisfactory experience. Staff members are typically friendly and willing to assist, although there can be room for improvement during peak hours. This slight inconsistency in service is one reason why I'm not giving a full five-star rating. The in-store environment is generally pleasant, with a well-organized layout that makes finding specific items or browsing through categories relatively easy. However, stores can get crowded during sales and the checkout lines can be long, which might test the patience of some customers.”

“This is a big M&S store with two floors. The ground floor is the food section where you find most foods that are sold in a supermarket. The upper floor consists of clothes and their own skin care range , as well as lingerie etc. A really lovely store to wonder around in plus there is free parking”

“Accessorize has many items to buy- there is bound to be something you like there. I would give this 5 stars but the issue is that everything there is really expensive. A water bottle that was there was 16 pounds whereas I found probably find that same bottle online for 5 pounds maybe. This was the same case for the rest of the items there. The shop was also quite small and with corona around that's not exactly that great. Apart from that the shop is amazing and it's nice to go if you're out on a day trip to Brent cross shopping centre.”

“The merchandise is always good at Reis's but unfortunately, their sizes do not fit as they should. Today, I didn't make a purchase there but then went to Ted Baker and found my sizes and bought two T shirts. ”
