Today in EE Brent Cross, I had to do change my contract and an employee named Ayush helped me so much and explained everything in as full detail as possible. I really appreciate his help. He is a very hard working and great asset to the store.

I had an awful experience in EE, Brent Cross branch with Tolga. Firstly, there was a number of people waiting to be seen- I was told by another member of staff to sit down, I questioned how will they know who is next? He said, don?t worry- they?ll know. It felt like a ridiculous comment anyway but whatever. I?ll sit down. Staff had been coming out onto the floor and asking ?who is next?? and other members of the team would help them. Tolga walked out from the back and called and hand gestured to a white man who literally just walked in the store to ?come over?. The man walked straight over and Tolga began to help him. No other staff member intervened. I had to stand up and say ?I?m so sorry there have been people waiting?. There was two other black men also waiting to be seen. The customer he had called over, jumped up and apologised repeatedly and so did another staff member. Tolga chose not to and instead started explaining ?I didn?t know?? I said ?that?s why everyone else asked?. He had a patronising and dismissive tone from the beginning.I had been given incorrect information by EE customer service about returning the phone in store but Tolga was extremely unhelpful, didn?t want to find a solution, implied I was being difficult? on the phone to customer service he just started talking about himself and what he thinks- wasn?t even giving the agent on the phone a chance to speak before stating ?we will not be taking the phone?? I asked to speak to the agent myself- who then said ?let?s start by finding your account?- he hadn?t even done that part before telling the agent what he will or won?t do. He just really had taken everything incredibly personally, you?d think he was EE! And that this would directly impact him! Completely over the top. Whilst I spoke to the agent- he walked off talking to himself about me and shaking his head.I had gone in on my break from work, my 11 year old daughter was waiting in the car and I needed to return to the office for back to back therapy sessions with young people. Fortunately, the female manager, name began with Z- was much more approachable and understanding but also was very clear that regardless of what EE customer service states- she was not going to take the phone in store due to her policies. Which I can understand. Whilst talking with her, Tolga continued to stare at me and shake his head. It was an emotive experience for me because both mine and my daughter?s phone lines had been suspended 4 times during in the week and I was told that would stop when I brought the phone in- the charge would be removed from my account immediately. My daughter has just started secondary school and travelling on her own- I need BOTH our lines working incase of emergencies and just for safety reasons- she needs to be able to call me and vice versa.I not only felt Tolga was extremely unprofessional, it actually felt so personal that I did leave wondering if actually he was displaying prejudice and discriminatory views. I?ve been with EE since it was T-mobile, must be over 20 years and I?m incredibly disappointed with my experience of them over the last week but everyone else has been ?trying? to help, although mistakes have been made. Tolga on the other hand, did not want to help, showed no empathy and in fact was so rude, I actually had a cry in my car on the way to work. He shouldn?t be in customer facing positions until he deals with his issues.As a nurse working within the NHS, I deal with people in highly emotive and incredibly challenging situations and would never dream of treating them how I was treated. And I?ve had people screaming abuse but I am able to remember that for me, I?m here in my professional capacity and for them- this is their lives.I really hope Tolga receives at the bare minimum customer service training but I also hope more life experience means he treats people better than he did me.

I have been with Vodafone for past 10 years recently was having too many issues so I pop down to ee Brentcross last thursday, I met with very friendly and professional staff which I never got with Vodafone for past 10 years the only reason I was with them was because they cheap.First impression is a last, I manage to get a best deal with my phone contract and also on my BT broadband. Quality service by Fahad if there was 10 star I would be happy to give for his service. He was confident and knowledgeable plus he was so polite and patient to my Authestic brother who was giving a hard time but Fahad was extremely patient towards him. Thank you.

I came into the store very anxious about my phone. Met a very knowledgeable and approachable gentleman named Fahad, who went above and beyond to help resolve my problem.I found him to be very accommodating, patient and personable.He is an asset to EE!

Chistin was amazing he was so helpful i am so satisfied and happy with my purchase today he was also very funny made us laugh alot thanks to him we solved all our problems and got the best deal possible he is an amazing worker. Christin took his time actually sat down and done his best to cater our needs if you come to the ee store in brent cross i definitly recomend you speak to him because he will make sure you get the best deal possible he was very professional and well spoken amazing service i will definitaly recommend this place and chistin to all my friends.

So disappointed with the service we got today.The person who was serving us in the end said that he wasted his time, I mean is that how you treat a customer telling him that you wasted his time?! Seriously, No decency left...A Turkish lady who is suppose to be a,, manager,, of the store, didn't try to sort out this misunderstanding , on the contrary she came across to be very ignorant and arrogant. No even eye contact or a good word to smooth the situation. When we said that we are terribly desapointed, she said fine.I would advice people to go to another store, maybe there one can be treated better than in Brent Cross EE Store.

I visited brent cross EE to upgrade my contract and There?s a guy Fahad Customer advisor, I found him so Helpful and he also advise the best for his customers I will definitely recommend him to my other friends as well. 10 on 10 rating should be for him.

I have been with EE since 1991, I have just been served with a very polite professional advisor FAHAD who not only gave me a good package on broadband but also dealt with my phone technical problem very efficiently and professionally. Advisor like fahad make me stay with EE for this long

I receive a wonderful reception and very patienthelp from 2 colleagues at ee Brentcross both colleagues Mr fahad and Mr keyur. I strongly recommend them .I have been with ee for many years as a customer.i am 94 years old and received a wonderful reception from them.

Was made to feel uncomfortable and as if no one wanted to serve me for a replacement sim until someone was asked to do it next time I'll just pay the postage and have my sim delivered as I had to phone EE when I got home to activate it again after it was supposedly activated in store. Also very awkward but staff are using their personal device's to upload photos of customer ID's very unprofessional for a large company to not provide adequate equipment and to allow this. Time to change network I guess.

This is the best EE branch ever! Staff are so friendly especially Fahad. He is so good at explaining everything especially for me because english is not my first language. He got me a good deal for iPhone 13. They are so friendly. Love the team here!
