Very disappointed that their WiFi is never working so rewards are unable to be redeemed from account wallet. Second time I've been for the same reason and WiFi is down so they can't assist, get better WiFi!

False advertising for Milkshakes. They tried to serve me a milkshake in a coffee cup, with cream on top. Nothing advertised in the bigger clear cups with correct lid. I just felt the staff were annoyed when I questioned it. At least tell the customer prior to selling or change the advertising photo, of a milkshake in a coffee cup. Anyways I was refunded regardless but I never usually complain.

Staff was giggling and laughing while we were deciding what to get in a rude way, and an elderly lady seemed like a manager I suppose was trying to look as if nothing was wrong.They need to get a course on how to serve customers before they put them behind the cashier

Donuts are great, very fresh most of the time. Giving 4 stars, because when they?re not fresh (and staff knows about it) they never give a deal or a little discount. However, I do recommend them!
