I had a problem with my click & collect order and Chhaya was absolutely amazing and helpful. She helped my find a solution quick and easy, and I am going home with my item. 5 stars service from Chhaya!!

Lakeland looks amazing: huge goods range; I believe it?s good quality.That?s all I can say about this shop.My experience wasn?t fascinating.I was looking for a knife, so I got a consultation, which helped me make a choice. Unfortunately, I couldn?t buy it without a document that confirmed my identity. It wasn?t mentioned during the consultation. I didn?t know about it.I found out more about the documents I should have with me.So, I returned in a half hour with my documents, but the staff refused them because I am not a British citizen. It was mentioned that we don?t sell knives to immigrants. My ID is proven in Britain by the Home Office. I didn?t understand it. It looks like discrimination.So, the service was so insulting and uncalled for that it has put me off going to this store completely.

I enjoy baking and many of the products you need for baking, cooking and also household laundry is here. I previously purchased some baking trays from Lakeland, which I use often and they are still in good condition. I spent some time browsing but didn't make a purchase on this visit.

Very good store and good quality cotton storage bag and clothing protection travel garment bags but the garment cotton bags only had jacket size bags I was hoping to buy longer size cotton ones for my long winter coats and dresses to protect them as I don't like plastic I did buy cotton storage bag and 2 cotton small clothing protection bags for my blazers but disappointed as no longer cotton bags for my long winter coats and dresses Lakeland can you start selling the longer length cotton ones there must be a demand for them for all size clothing in your wardrobe I would otherwise have given 5 starsThe staff were helpful and pleasant

I love Lakeland in Brent Cross, but have to say that today it was abysmal. I have a disability which is obvious, I cannot stand up for any length of time without much pain. There were two servers, one dealing with a return and the other with a query of something. Both deserved time and no rushing. Neither server looked up to assure us they knew there were people waiting, neither called another member of staff to help serve. I waited, in silence, a long time until I felt as though I would fall, I left. My wait was, it felt, a long time. I went straight home quite distressed.

Patronising and rude experience with one particular employee - blonde middle-aged woman. The service from her was so insulting and uncalled-for that it has put me off going to this store completely.You can find all of the same products in the John Lewis next to it.

This place should be called ?OUTOFSTOCK Land?. Each time i go there, the item i seek is ?OUT OF STOCK?... In my last 4 visits, various items were OUT OF STOCK. This store has MAJOR restocking issues. If the manager have lack of restocking skills, then fire him or her please!!???
