I have been a regular customer at this branch for the past four years, and my experience has been somewhat inconsistent. The customer service in this store seems to depend on the staff working during each shift. Some employees are incredibly polite, helpful, and go above and beyond to assist customers in finding items, making the shopping experience enjoyable. However, I have also encountered a few employees who display a lack of professionalism and seem disinterested in attending to customers.On the positive side, some staff members have been incredibly kind and patient when assisting me with my inquiries. They readily offer their help, and I appreciate how they take the time to guide me to the items I'm looking for. This level of service has made me feel valued as a customer and keeps me coming back to the store.However, there are instances when I've encountered employees who appear to be indifferent and rude towards customers. They seem more interested in chatting loudly amongst themselves or even on the phone, rather than focusing on providing assistance to shoppers. This lack of attention to customers creates an unprofessional atmosphere and can be quite off-putting.While I understand that everyone can have an off day, consistent and respectful customer service is vital for the success of any retail establishment. I believe that all staff members should strive to maintain a professional attitude and treat customers with respect and courtesy.Overall, my experience at Sainsbury's has been a mix of positive and negative encounters with the staff. I hope that the management takes customer service seriously and provides appropriate training and guidance to all employees. This way, every customer can enjoy a consistently pleasant shopping experience at this store.

Living around and was shopping here for years.In recent month customer service got utterly ridiculous. Employes spent most of time talking on phone and won?t bother to stop even when serving customers.

I use this place daily as I live nearby. All of the staff are really lovely and friendly, including the security team. When I was on crutches, staff would carry food to the till for me. I can put little fault to this store and their staff, a great team. Congrats, and merry Christmas

I?ve been shopping in this store for over two years now . Very nice and super convenient little shop .Unfortunately most of the staff including the security guard at the door are quite rude and dismissive when approached .The rudeness it?s overwhelming the lack of basic costumer care / people skills are just something else .The staff roam around the shop as if they were on a look out for something ( probably potential thieves) with their headsets communicating with each other in their own language including wile serving at the till .That?s so not okay ! Come on guys , Get a grip !

Dear J Sainsbury plc;Without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had from what I used to think was an established brand through customer integrity.Being local, I've literally spent thousands of pounds in there over the past 12 months, due to convenience.The staff are:- Rude, at best, disingenuous.- Leave you waiting at counter for sometimes minutes, before serving, scowling at me like I'm an inconvenience.- Talk to each other (in Indian, or similar) on their bluetooth headsets, whilst serving customers - flipping rude and increasingly infuriating (I've let months of frustration build before finally writing this rant).I was once grabbed upon arrival by the manager because I was undercharged on the previous visit. How is this my doing? vs. actually being a staff training issue.We are customers. Not scum.I can appreciate there is a big overseas labour force, however surely they need to be educated on the values of a longstanding British supermarket, before being let loose on the poor customer. Customer etiquette training needed!! And no, I'm not racist. I simply expect a good experience when paying top dollah to an established, and previously perceived as credible, people centric brand.Amen.

Good sainsburys local. They have much of what you may need and open late hours.Will often not have something specific you may be looking for that you think they may have.Staff very lazy and not willing to help, often under staffed.Argos pickup is great and very helpful

I came into store today looking for an item. I asked for the shop assistants help even though she was chatting with her colleague. She looked at the shelf and said that?s all they had. They both then moved further down the aisle and carried on chatting! How unprofessional and rude. Honestly. It was around 9:50am today. I guess they can?t help it if the item isn?t in stock but it was more their manner that I found off putting.On the other hand I did ask another employee for some help and he was actually very responsive and showed me exactly where the item was.

Super staff but they sell chicken meat that is not fresh, been stored in not a proper way, and it gives me allergy symptoms, especially the chicken breasts in chill.
