Probably the best bank branch. Excellent location with ample free parking. The self service machines alway works and can deposit as well as the usual functions. They always have good opening hours too.Staff always at the front to help. Mary is extremely helpful! Called me to give me some information regarding my credit card!Mariola always welcome her customer with a friendly smile. Recognize me as a valued customer and tries to help me as quickly as possible I don't have to wait for a long time. Mariola also tries to have conversations too whenever she can, making the service experience more pleasant.If they open on Sundays, that would be even better.

We went to change various account details and Anna there was helpful, quick and sorted things out happily. Very impressed as most banks I go to are a total pain.

Excellent Location, Shame about the service.\\n\\nI visited for the last time yesterday, in order to close an account. A struggle to even get service, the employee at the door appears to have one purpose only, to guide me to serve myself using their ATM's . I payed a fee for my account and expected service in return. Avoid if you can.

WRONG TIMES ON WEBSITE\\n\\nThe first website that comes up if you Google Santander Brent Cross is Brent Cross's own website, which has the opening times, saying it's open til 3pm.\\n\\nWhen I arrived at the branch at 2.03pm a very unsympathetic staff member told me these times are wrong. They close at 2. Apparently I should have gone on to the Santander site. (I just did. If you click the link provided by Google, you still have to hunt around for the branch locator, but apparently this is what they expect of customers, rather than just use the first website that comes up)! She didn't think they could get BX to update their website. She also said I wasn't the first person to complain about this either.\\n\\nSo that's 1 star for unhelpfulness and wasting time.

Wow, such a negative experience I had.
I had an appointment booked in and this was cancelled without me being notified beforehand. I spoke to the manager and she said to me that she is too busy to deal with my complaint and just simply walked off.
The perfect example of a very poor level of service, especially from the manager.
Will be getting my mortgage from Nationwide now.

Very bad service, probably worst I have ever had.
Went into the branch and was waiting at the reception for 10 minutes with nobody attending to me.
A lady then came up to me and said 'what do you want?'. After telling her that is no way to talk to customers, I asked for the manager and she said that she was the Branch Manager. Her name is Anna.
Very bad service and I wont be banking with Santander anymore after 4 years.

Absolutely awful service, when mentioned in branch to staff was told to bank elsewhere!!! Unbelievable Santander need to look into this! looking to open my account elsewhere after being 22 years with Santander.

I have used the deposit machine and during one of my deposits, the machine took 1,000£ away without any receipt or anything. I spoke to the manager, said what happened and I was told that the money will be in the account the following day. Now, 3 weeks after the £1,000 is still missing, and this branch is pretending that they do not have it anywhere.
