Please be extremely careful before you use these jokers, I never got actually round to buying a car because the sales people never actually called me back to talk about it.I submitted an inquiry on Friday afternoon through the BMW approved used website, Never heard anything by Monday lunchtime, so had to give the dealership a call.I had to explain what was already In my online inquiry to the salesman all over again, I received a video, but it seemed to stop suddenly there.I called back to try and talk to the sales person, but got told he was busy and would call me back by the end of the day, he didn?t, I called up the following day to find he?s now had a day off, which is perfectly acceptable, but he didn?t tell me he had the day off, So I asked the receptionist if he could call me back and I was promised I?d get a call back Wednesday.Wednesday came and went with no callback and to be honest I can?t really be bothered to pursue a car anymore. I?ve had no contact from the dealership in four days, Usually car salesman are blood, sucking, parasites until they get your money, This dealership they don?t even care if they sell or not so I dread to think what the after sale support is like if I actually buy a car from.I wish the world would develop a method to buy a used car without having to talk to dishonest sales people that never keep their words, and never get back to you when they say they?re going to even when you?re about to spend quite a bit of money with them.Taking into account the other reviews, this is not a dealership I would ever buy a car from anyway, If BMW reviews you need to do more internal assessments on the Dealerships you list on your official websiteMy awful experience with blood sucking car salesman is not limited to this dealership. It seems to be a global problem in the UK.

If I could give a zero star I would! So was looking to explore the new x2 m35i from chiswick, the sales person contacted me to find out what I am interested in. When I asked for a quote, the sales person said he won't be able to give it to me until he gets the car, which he said would take upto 2 weeks. A week later the sales person contacted me to book an appointment to view the car. Meanwhile i was able to get a quote from BMW Ashford the next day, i then filled a survey leaving a low feedback on the service received from chiswick. Today I got a call from the sales person from chiswick saying " I'm calling to confirm the appointment is not going ahead assuming because of the negative survey" so when I said I was still planning to come to check the car, he was dismissive and said that he will not be the one seeing me anymore and can see who is available! This is insane to receive such a service coming from a luxury brand like BMW.

The staffs of the BMW showroom are very helpful and friendly. My husband and I bought a BMW car from the showroom. We loved it and their service.

My partner purchased a BMW 1 series, we had an individual allocated to us named Modestas.What can say about this chap, absolutely brilliant service very understanding. Because it was our first purchase from BMW, we had a lot of queries forwarded to BMW, Modestas was always patient and eager to help. From the first steps to delivery of vehicle, BMW have been great. Its left us with a excellent experience. If anyone is planning to visit BMW Berry on the Great West Road, ask for Modestas you will not be disappointed.

Modestas was excellent, he understood my requirement for the new car, he was very helpful and even sorted out a test drive on the day without prior booking.He gave me several options for card with the options I needed and with his manager Melissa, they gave me a deal that was just perfect for my budget.I am looking for to collecting my new car soon.Big thanks to Berry Chiswick Team.
