I highly recommend meeting Roxy, known as Rokoslana IT Wizard and Mohnish, for excellent customer service.Thank you guys! 10/10!! A*!! Also, the store manager forgot to take his name. I?d purchase an electric item and decide to change it at the last minute due to stock. And these guys kept to their words!Readers, this branch is more than willing to go the extra mile. Better than Tesco's slogan, they know about customer service. It has the most professional team, is very clean, and POS tickets are all up to date with website prices.other reviews say unstaff. I think the opposite: loads of staff unless you're going at the wrong time. Plus, this is a busy store during the weekend. Patience is a virtue.Message towards the store manager and regional manager, take a moment to value your colleague. I think these two should have a pay rise, or you should praise them as they do an AMAZING JOB!Thank you guys! Good luck for the future!

Staff are crooked and commiting major fraud costing Currys £millions a year. They hide the best stuff from sales in the back and wait for a misprice or a silly price to buy it. The megastore in Poole for example is costing currys easily £5m+ a year in lost sales (e.g. pretend stuff has been stolen to take it off the system so they can keep it themselves). Same in east london stores like Romford (also complete crooks)Currys loosing £millions because of staff fraud. Hahahaha.

After waiting 25 -30 minutes, continually asking for help. I walked to the front of the store and confronted the staff member whether there were going to serve me or whether there were continually going to be on a break. To which a large white male staff member replied continually on a break as he nonchalantly walked away. This has to be the worse store or customer service I have ever received. Avoid!

Where service goes to die.In a hard to get to location, this branch of Currys is exceptionally terrible. I went on a Saturday lunchtime to collect an item. I waited as the one member of staff served one person in front of me who was clearly wasting time as their item wasn?t ready. The line grew, and grew to five people. Several staff walked past. The counter staff member worked slowly and methodically, never once acknowledging the line.Six or seven minutes later, he looks up and beckons me forward. At this point clearly someone had also noticed, as I gave him my details, one of the staff who previously studiously ignored me leapt into my personal space and asked loudly ARE YOU BEING SEEN TO in a way that was quite startling. He then worked down the line, hastily finding items as a supervisor rolled over and started hovering behind the employee still trying to locate my item.It?s meant to be simple. Currys have invested in a good online order system. Good marketing, fun and friendly uniforms for staff - but the experience is always let down by the poor quality of their staff who always regardless of branch seem utterly unmotivated to help or work hard.

I went in the store, found a product I really wanted but there was no more if it left on the stand. All I asked is a simple question if there is any more in stock. Been ignored by three staff members saying "Im helping a customer ill be back with you in a few minuets" or "Ill be with you in a second". They never came to me after an hour of waiting. I had to ask a fourth staff member to actually help me out. Ended up wasting an hour and a half of my time for such a small product. And the item had a false sale.

I was served by myron when I went in to purchase a phone, and he guided me through the entire process and answered all my questions. He was friendly and kind and had a smile the entire time. I enjoyed my shopping experience today

Had a really pleasant and positive experience at Currys in Brentford. Only came in to collect a TV and then saw a great offer for a soundbar. Customer Service Assistant Tina was ever so helpful in ensuring we chose the right soundbar for the tv as well as our needs. She was highly informative, very patient and with a great sense of humour too. She dealt with us efficiently and we left with huge smiles on our faces. Thank you Tina

Went in here to buy a switch for my oldest Xmas present. Deliberately wanted to buy from a shop to support businesses locally to me.The young gen z lady with brightly coloured hair and piercings who lurked around the games area was difficult to find. This was largley due to her hiding whilst leaning down as she played with her phone. When I did finally manage to distract her, my presence and asking questions was a clear annoyance to her.I asked about the game offer/bundles and was pointed towards the display which only showed one (there are more)Left and purchased on amazon for the same price. Well done curry's pc worldI won't shop here again

Visited this store recently to buy coffee machine with wife, Nice shop, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Pretty big so have a wide range of products and brands. Fantastic company to get what anyone needs. Shama is super kind ,helpful Very friendly that were happy to answer lots of questions and did her best to get us the best deal.

Extremely helpful and supportive staff and a great store manager who went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. The shop floor staff were superb and aided me in getting a manager to speak with me in order to enquire about future vacancies. At no point did I notice any staff members free or idle, they were actively engaging with customers all over the shop floor. Customer Service at its best. Great store to visit.

Walked in today for a casual browsing, whilst i was looking at the metaquest device John approached me and asked if i wanted to try it out and experience the VR .Had a very good experience!Thank you John! Very good knowledge of the products, give me loads of info about meta devices, very friendly and positive. Had a great time at Currys today!I wish all the staff in Currys could be like him!

An Absolute disaster here , they got everything what you looking for but apparently no one is there to help ask anyone they will say its not my department i waited over an hour to be served like few other eventually i left because they all were busy doing nothing someone entertaining their family and friends too i mean if its like this close it down become like Argos people order online and collect only what?s the point of having store open and have displays on. I would never ever go there and won?t suggest anyone to go there.

Rubbish.The shop assistant wanted to sell us something we did not want. A fridge.Then they would not deliver as there was lifting evolved. Health and safety gone mad. They said they would not carry the item up six stairs to the ground floor, just dump it on the pavement. I was told to get my own workmen for lifting.
