The Novotel London Brentford is a 4 star hotel but do not compare this to hotels in the rest of Europe. This feels more like a 3 star hotel at best.The staff are nice but they forgot about our booking (giving us two drinks at the bar for free - they were very watered down). They also later hesitated when we checked out, which was unusual. The restaurant essentially sells pub food which looks of poor quality so we didn?t opt for that, instead going to a restaurant nearby. The hotel itself, from the graphics, design, room elements (mattress and towels), etc. feels cheap. Having to book the swimming pool online as well as having to go to the reception is cumbersome as there are not many lifts and there are a lot of newly checked in customers. There should be a different system. Also, I do not understand why the rooms don?t already come with bathrobes and slippers as a standard - for a 4 star hotel, you?d surely expect something like this. All in all, a lot of things didn?t make a lot of logical sense at this hotel. The best part was certainly the room, which is rather spacious and comfortable, even though it doesn?t feel very luxurious. My conclusion is that London hotels are just like this - you must expect to pay a lot for something very standard.

Spacious. Clean. Atleast in my room.With my sister' s room. They have molds in the bathroom. It was walking distance to the bus station. They run out of maps when we asked for it. They have local supermarket nearby and their own small market of their own. The bed was on the harder side for me but still comfy.Safety: Looks safe place with private parking.doesnt look like with questionable people walking around.Quiet.

The staff here were absolutely amazing. So friendly and really made the stay that much better!Room was really nice and comfy.Swimming pool was lovely but on the cold side and the sauna wasn?t very hot.Breakfast is very expensive at £21pp.It?s not the best location in regards to being so close to the motorway and takes a while to get into central London, however I knew this when I was booking it and the price was extremely good considering everything else.

My stay was marred by more negatives than positives. One night, at around 11:30 PM, I found myself locked out of my room due to an electronic lock issue. Despite my exhaustion, I had to wait in the hallway until the door was finally opened, a situation that could have been handled more efficiently. The following day, I was required to move to a new room without any assistance.In terms of cleanliness, the kettle was consistently dirty, and despite vacuuming, the floor mats remained soiled. Additionally, the bed lights flickered incessantly, and despite reporting the issue, it was never resolved

The attention at the reception was impeccable, they even took the trouble to see that my father was in a wheelchair and without having asked for it at any time, to give us the two connecting rooms that we had requested with a room for people with disabilities.

I recently had to arrange a large event that required accommodation, as well as meeting space for training.The service I received from Desmond, Sitanshu, and the whole team at Novotel was second to none. It was a complete pleasure to have organised the event with you!The service from all the staff there was incredible, with nothing being too much trouble. One of the evenings we dined out of the hotel and taxis were organised by the team for the 56 that required the transport with complete professionalism and ease. The other evening we dined in the hotel, and the food was delicious, with plenty to pick from.I will most definitely be returning!Rooms: The rooms are amazing, not one person from the event had anything to complain about other than that they couldn't work the thermostat. Rooms were clean, well maintained, and the shower was pure bliss!Food & drinks: Delicious! I had the salmon fillet, with others having dishes off of the extensive menu, we were literally spoilt for choice! The drinks were lovely, and the service was prompt.

Racist staff and very unprofessional manager. There are so many better novotels and this one is stuck in a horrible location. I came with my kids and wife. I am actually a current employee of Accor group and had my reservation internally booked. They refused my reservation and would no accept my original staff card and looked at me like criminal. I have never been so shocked and behaviour of staff. Also my wife being English the racist remark the staff member made. I willBe taking this further shame on you NovotelHotel.

Just one Night stay. Nice and friendly staff.I was only in one Night, so i never found out to lover the temperatur in The room, it was Way to hot in the room.

I stayed here last month and couldn?t fault the hotel which is why I chose to come back but this time round it was a terrible stay I had a procedure being done the next day at at Bart?s hospital and just needed a peaceful night which was not the case, the night supervisor has no customer service and was extremely rude and the staff all need training as each team member will tell always tell you something different which is quite frustrating I work for Park plaza hotel and the fact each time the rules and procedures at novotel is different when asked is just insane, our tv was not working and nothing could be done about it or a room move as was told the tv in the the other room was not working either, we asked for robes and slippers and told it would be a £25 extra fee which is ridiculous because during my last stay at the hotel it was free. The night before we was told we could have a late check out till 3pm at £10 an hour when called in the morning I was told would have to be out by 1.30Safety: Rude staff and terrible customer service the night supervisor called me back to be rude over the phone about the robes and slipper by intimidation as I?m a woman until realising I was with my partner

Always welcoming.Very nice polite staff.Keeping the same as 3 years ago. Nothing has changed since then in a good way. Keep going happy to come back this September.

Bad location for tourists.Basic hotel.. disappointing when you think of Novotel!!!!Staff not friendly at all.Cleaniness is an issue , very very disappointing.
