“So after a nice little win online I thought I'd withdraw in shop at first there was a problem with not being able to scan my grid card due to it being a virtual grid card on my Ladbrokes app and not a physical card that I can scanSo after a call to customer service we tried to sort the issues with no joy so I pretty much gave up with my withdraw from the shop and decided to leave and started walking homeOn my walk home someone stopped me to my surprise it was the lovely lady from the Ladbrokes shop who earlier tried to help me withdraw my winningsI didn't manage to get the lady's name but she invited me back over to the shop and said she will try something else so I agreedBack at the shop she tried a different way and it worked and I was able to make my withdrawal and was handed a new physical grid cardAll I can say is this lovely lady went above and beyond to help me even though the customer before me was abusive to her and hard to deal with she still kept professional and continued with a smile on her faceThank you so much for your assistance today”
