My review isn't for this branch but for halifax as a whole. My advise is to leave this company asap, they don't care about customers or loyalty and have a very unpleasant attitude when Calling. Unable to resolve issues and after 10 years I've had enough of these parasites.

You always get seen. As for only one cashier it?s like that with any bank. As for user had a bad experience you wanna change bank is childish. Any bank regards who you bank with you will get the odd rude staff, you switching will not stop people being a bit rude. Either accept there?s bad staff anywhere or don?t go to the bank. Anyway the staff are helpful

The previous review, stated, 'Professional is a must' , exactly how I would describe Jahmeina's approach in supporting and advising customers. She was warm, informative and a breath of fresh air, on a day where that's exactly what I needed, given my mother's ill health and the associated stress in trying to manage her affairs. Thank you ?

Very poor customer service .. long waiting and the person in front desk take ages to answer a customer ??.. if you have a whole day is to waste please do go there .

Standing up and waiting in the line for 'help and advise' for 15mins. 2 people where infront of me, 1 being served and the other waiting. After the person being served had left, the person in front of me had been served. After the person infront was served, the worker had informed me that her collegue will assist me shortly. Waiting in the queue for another 10mins after realising, a man that was waiting in the other queue is now being served by the collegue (Jahmeina) that was supposted to assist me next. At 16:25pm Jahmeina, did not even acknowledge me and what had seemed to be flirting with the male customer.I approached the security officer who happened to be a lot more helpful than Jahmeina. The security solved my issues and I left the bank passing Jahmeina and the male customer.PROFESSIONALISM is a must!! Regardless if you know a customer or not, that is a huge disrespect. The 2 school children behind me where also confused as they could see and also hear Jahmeina with the male customer, and decided to sit down.This behaviour put me off on going back into this branch.

Poor. Called back online and they fixed my query. They said in the store I should just wait but I came back home and called online and they told me I should?ve been able to change what I needed in the branch

This is one of the un profesional poor service bank in UK. the brixton branch SW9 7DE officers working there are very rude all of them. There is no any customer service they give you they talk to you like I don't care. These bank officers need to be trained for how to give customer service
