I worked in the banking industry years ago and I can say most of those people working in the bank (branches) nowadays looks so scruffy and unprofessional like this branch and also at green park.No wonder like the airline industry those people working in the bank nowadays are dodgy looking and unprofessional.The banking industry needs an overhaul.unprofessional approach and really irritable staff with no brains.

Very rude members of the staff. You talk to them and they pretend not to listen. You ask to use they microphone and they ignore you. Absolutely to avoid!!!!

The staff at this branch are so incompetent they would make hilarious reality tv. But in person it?s not funny at all. Avoid at all cost, they will only waste your time.

line up is so long. there are at most two windows active at the same time and they work at a snails pace. also who closes at 3:30???

Queues are soooo long. It's ridiculous: and those working there are so demoralised (likely due to the management) that they just don't care. 10-15 years ago, HSBC used to be quite good.

Closed 1pm to 2pm. Notice on door. Lights off. ????? Why bother. Close the store permanently and be done with it. So we don't waste our time coming to you and you are closed 1 hour. I give up, I really do.

Dont use HSBC for any reason. Shut 3pm on a friday. Only wanted to pickup replacement bank card. Looking for a new bank today

This branch treats it?s customers appallingly. I have been treated and watched others at the tills be spoken to in the most arrogant and unprofessional way imaginable. Just because a branch is situated in a poorer area does not make staff entitled to treat all customers with contempt- take note HSBC. The male employee I spoke to this week told me he was the branch manager despite not wearing a name badge and refusing to disclose his name, referring to the branch as ?his branch.? As soon as I told him to open up my account and look at my employment details he decided to drop the entitled and superior attitude. Still don?t know his name but will find out from the CCTV investigation of his rude and vile behaviour towards customers. Do not rely on any member of staff to act in a professional manner because they are of course managed (allegedly and appallingly) by this individual. Was also short changed by this branch previously- make them count your money in front of you as well as weigh it before you leave. It states in the agreement that this is what they are supposed to do, count it, but they do not bother.UPDATE: His name is Raj Hussain. His picture is online.

I spoke to a certain Princess today 29/12/2021 at about 9:15am, that lady should not work in a bank! she is so unprofessional and unhelpful. After asking all the security questions, HSBC is going down the drain having people like this lady on the phone. I will be closing my account. Good riddance to ............

Waiting Times for the cashier were abysmal. Generally a poorly managed and badly functioning branch. It has a lot of customers with complex needs and this is so not reflected in service provision.
