It?s not the perfect Iceland, but the 3 new self-checkout tills and the recent reorganization of the shop makes it much better.Staff are always helpful and polite and there?s a good selection of products, including a widened selection of MyProtein products as of September ?23.

Used to use iceland a lot, so much frozen food to choose from, but the prices have shot up, sky high ?? these were one of the cheapest supermarkets to go too, not now. I pick up a few bits that I can't get in other supermarkets but that's about it. I shop elsewhere now. ?

Lazy, mouth breathing employees working there that don't do anything in store, whilst letting the queue wind around the aisles and only one person working at the checkout. Security guard completely inept and untrained.

The store manager has no customer service skills and is vile and disrespectful . He cannot provide a suitable reason to a matter and does not comply to company policies. He refused to hand over his name because he knew he was wrong on this matter and is not fit for his role.
