Joined o2 for the first time today (after 20 years plus of hell from Three network) and staff in store from Shah to Percy (apologies if spelling is incorrect but they were both efficient, attentive and extremely helpful! Thank you for the most amazing customer service. I hope this remains in the years to come.

I went there last Tuesday and had a new phone to set my sim into and Aztack (spelling uncertain sorry) supported me to transfer my apps and got me into a better deal of contract,which I'm very grateful for ,I've been with them since the last 6 years really and each time of chaos they were really useful patient and supportive I cannot complain so far and feel quite safe with 02 services generally.good?

I had an excellent experience at this o2 store today, both me and my daughter did upgrading of our phones and the members of staff are really friendly and helpful.The person that was attending to us was Emmanuel and he was really professional and friendly. I definetly reccomend this o2 store.

My girlfriend felt uncomfortable talking to the employee, his name is Richard, she went on Friday 13th and Sunday 15th, she?s under legal age and the employee kept flirting with her and she felt vulnerable. Poor experience

I went to the O2 store in Brixton yesterday and Eliana helped me with my new mobile contract. I would like to thank Eliana for the wonderful service I received yesterday, Eliana was super patient, attentive and very polite. She had all the patience to explain to me about the phone plan I was doing with her yesterday. Her customer service skills deserve applause.

This store is deserving of 0 stars.I went into the branch on the 29th of September to browse some phones with the view of entering into a contract, when I witnessed the most atrocious service by two young foreign customer advisors towards two women. One came in to top her phone credit up and appeared extremely distressed as there was an issue with her top-up card. The two foreign advisors( male and female ) aged in their 20s became extremely arrogant, shoving her away, telling her they did not know and were not interested in helping her.Another elderly woman came in and she was treated the same way. i was so appalled that after i left the store i immediately called the manager at 13.19, who was shockingly sharp, aggressive, and arrogant . He basically stated that he did not care about those customers, and that O2 is not the police, he went onto say he did not care if i reported him to the head office.He was a black man and was extremely unprofessional and was completely undeservingly argumentative throughout. I am extremely sickened by this level of service and feel that head office should intervene as they will definitely be the cause of the loss to their business. No one should be able to operate in this manner, and the two young people should not be able to serve customers if they lack the very basics of customer care,All thoughts of entering a contract with o2 has gone out of the window. I have now entered into a contract with 3, their customer service is a second to none.

2020: Marek really put in the effort to get me my phone on the day I wanted my phone. Searching everywhere and even offering to have it delivered for me. I was really pleased with the service.????????????????????2022: Azan and Caleb were extremely helpful in helping me get the new Apple Watch. This was over a period of a month, the focus was not on just getting money out of me but with providing a good service and making sure I got what I was looking for. More than happy with Brixton O2 again!!

I arrived and was welcomed by a young lady whom I thought would assist me instead she told me I needed to call customer service , at that point she was going to do so, and she asked me to take a seat and went on to serve another customer with no feedback at all . I sat there for almost 30 to 40 mins, no one attended to me, the other members were busy chitty chatty and going out for cig breaks and all the while none of them asked me if I had been helped or not, until I called one of them and asked him how long I was to sit there since the lady who had attended to me was now busy with another customer. He apologised and said he had no clue as to why I was made to sit there ( well had he asked me in the first place he would have known). I cannot believe that one would attend to one customer and suddenly leave them with no word and attend to the other customer especially considering there were about 4 of them in that store doing absolutely nothing. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. To that girl who served me and left me sitting with no word you need training on your customer etiquette.

I called multiple times before coming to see if they could help me but nobody answered. Arrived to find an incredibly unhelpful woman behind the counter who frankly seemed to enjoy the fact she couldn't help me. While I was still at the counter googling other stores to visit instead and asking questions she was watching videos on her phone and ignoring me. Terrible customer service!!!!

Unhelpful staff members with no customer service. They rather play with their phone than help customers in need this is very appalling. I?m very disappointed and expected better.

Incompetent and unhelpful staff. I rarely leave reviews, but I was really disappointed by this! Went in for an Apple Watch to be told that the guy setting it up had incorrectly inputted something, locking my o2 account for 72 hours. I then returned 72 hours later to be told my account was still locked and that the discount I had been promised if I returned was misinformation. I then sat whilst they unlocked my account, only to be told that the Apple Watch wasn?t actually in stock in the store! You?d think they would check this first. Such a lot of time wasted. I?d recommend buying online, or visiting another store with better customer service.

Customer care is terrible, when you go to the store they don't help you. They only tell you to call customer service, terrible service
