“I would just like to say thank you so much to Sofia at Brixton Road Post Office. She is always very kind, helpful and friendly despite always being really busy.Today I arrived late to the Post Office which was already closed, yet Sofia very kindly still allowed me to collect my package, even turning on the systems again so that my package could be scanned. I was especially grateful as this was the last day I could collect it before it would be returned.Sofia will always go above and beyond the call of duty to help customers and it is a pleasure to have her at Brixton Road Post Office.”
