Disgusting place, disgusting service

What on earth are these opening times. I would recommend intentionally delivering your mail to a shop collection than avoid the risk of not being in and it ending up here

Really is a very poor service. Post people won't leave delivery slips but the delivery office demands they be presented when picking up parcels. You won't know that your parcel is sitting in the delivery office because you weren't notified by the slip. When you go to the delivery office it is almost always shut. Their hours are very limited and any hint of frustration at the very poor service will immediately lead to you as the customer being shut down. It's the kind of place that has a notice on the window separating staff from customers demanding respect for employees but offering no respect or empathy to customers. If I could choose to pick up parcels elsewhere I would, but I can't. The poor reviews are there for a reason. It's a awful service and wish the staff there would reflect with some humility on these reviews.

Been here many times before as post office doesn't like our address due to it being in the market, now impossible to get any package due to being open 2 hours a day.... please just close it, would much rather go somewhere further away that actually functions to collect my package. Also redelivery to my address online is taking 3 days even though its half a mile away, and website errors if you try to collect from a post office.Shocking.

Opening times are 8-10 am not specified online.

Shame they shortend opening hours

Literally impossible! Just give up on your parcel if it's trapped here... honestly Royal Mail has gone down the hill. But Stockwell Delivery Depo takes it to the next level of incompetence. Read the other negative reviews - they are all accurate!

Difficult to find but quick service once I was there. Could do with being open longer as 2 hours a day is not really enough

Can you imagine? The queues were long and tedious previously now they have completely quartered the opening times, so they?ve made it even harder to those who work full time. Even the Saturday is extra short. Just to rub it in your face ?. Royal Mail is supposed to set the standard for parcel deliveries. What?s going on?

3 parcels in a row not arrived after 2 weeks from delivery. They were 2nd class coming from different parts of the UK. Is someone in this office stealing the parcels that are not tracked?

Shockingly bad in every aspect! The opening hours were never great but they have got even shorter and more inconvenient (currently 8-10am Mon-Sat and closed on Sun), and for a long time were also inaccurate online and on missed delivery notes. When you can get there between those restricted hours, you'll be lucky to make it in the door. They have some outdated covid policy so that only one customer can stand inside the building at a time. The man working there averaged 10mins per person to find single parcels, with no sense of urgency, or care that 15 people were waiting in the rain outside. The technology frequently does not work and the staff show no interest in problem-solving in any way.Today I arrived at the post office at half past 8, and despite having only 6 people in front of me I was not served until half past 9. When I finally entered the sorting office, the only person working there took one look at me and my asos parcel and said that he couldn't help me as their QR code scanner was broken so they could not print any labels. When I asked why they hadn't put a sign outside to warn people, he said that there was a sign and pointed at a piece of paper on the glass INSIDE THE SORTING OFFICE. Bear in mind that only one person is allowed in the building at a time. There was no way to know the scanner was broken until you had got to the front of the long queue. When I politely suggested that he could put a sign outside to avoid wasting people's time, he said that he couldn't because the problem could be fixed at any moment. You are allowed to take signs down when they no longer apply, you know! All in all spent an hour queuing in order to be told I couldn't be served, and this, combined with the queue being too long and slow for me to go before work on multiple other days when I have tried to, has meant that the 28-day returns window for my ASOS parcel has now passed. I am now unable to receive a refund on my items since I haven't posted the return in time and the QR code will now stop working. It's just not worth the effort! Absolutely infuriating.

Worst Delivery Office in South London. The worker there moves at a pace of 5 minutes per customer. They only open for 2 hours and I?ve experienced a single customer taking 10 minutes alone. They need new staff, younger more lovely staff that won?t stroll into the back and take 5 minutes to find a parcel. I?d highly recommend you stay away from here if you?re someone who can?t stand for too long and/or have more important things to do with your time.

Royal Mail "Fee-to-pay" card information does not match service and opening time.Paid online to expect the letter to be delivered the following 2 working days, but nothing turns up even after 1 week. Went there according to opening times on the card to collect but delivery office opening times are total different from card. Need to UPDATE Royal Mail.
