Having been a customer of this branch since 2014, it has gone downhill terribly.\\n\\nI understand that there is an employment crisis in London, however the staff will not man the tills unless there is a long queue; and even then you might have to argue with the staff to be served unless you want to buy alcohol or cigarettes. There are only 3 self-checkouts (whereas the closest sainsburys locals have around 8-12 each, therefore they don?t rely on the manned tills as much).\\n\\nStaff are often running around dealing with Deliveroo / Ubereat deliveries rather than dealing with customers? considering how short-staffed they state they are, this seems like something that shouldn?t be happening in this branch.\\n\\nStock is often left blocking or obstructing aisles due to this same staffing issue and the pressure staff are under.\\n\\nSelection of more premium products has improved over the years, but still doesn?t match that of the branches at Stockwell Station or Clapham North.\\n\\nTerrible store for those with autism or learning difficulties as staff will just tell you they can?t help you.\\n\\nManagement seriously need to take action and sort out this shop? it?s so convenient; but consistently repeatedly disappointing and stressful to use.

They write that they close at 23 but they shut the door in your face 15 m earlier. Change the sign outside then..

My son went into this store today as we are locals to this Sainsbury?s and regular shop there. My son paid for his items and the alarm went off and what happened next for just unforgivable. They stopped my son and made him wait whilst they checked the cameras to make sure my son Had not stolen the items he had just paid for. When my son pointed out that it?s their self checkout that was faulty he was ignored. Even after other customers were experiencing the same issue those customers were allowed to leave - pass my son on the way out whilst they continued to check his shopping. We have shopped at that branch for many years and we are known in there but even then they continued to humiliate my son who is not WHITE!!! Whilst the white customers were allowed to leave even when the alarm was still going off as they departed. I am lost for words but not shocked at the behaviour Sainsbury?s has shown - so the moral of this story is you better not with ?black? when entering this store because you are racist. They don?t even deserve a star but it will not allow me to post without giving one. But make no mistake they get NO STARS. Just shameful behaviour.

Gave £50 cash and was told by staff it was fake after lady used machine (improperly or faulty). Manager also confirmed fake note (incorrectly). Went to several other shops AND bank. It was real. Won't be shopping there again although my local and used to go often.
