I have been going to the local New Park Pharmacy for several years now and I have had nothing but excellent, reliable and helpful customer service. The staff are respectful, always welcome me with a smile, and are keen not to let me stand waiting when they are busy, but without rushing any customers.I mainly collect medication and order repeat medication from them which is invaluable especially with their late opening hours and particularly when my local surgery has closed down medication requests on Dr.IQ.I have also had a flu jab which was quick and painless. The lovely lady who supported and encouraged me when I used their Stop Smoking service was amazing and I am now a ex-Smoker.In my view, this pharmacy is focused on customer care and delivering the best service possible.

I have been using this pharmacy for 30 years or more, I have been treated with respect and kindness, however there seems to be a staff change in the head pharmacist, I encountered a rude, bad mannered, condescending, unkind person, causing me great stress. Thankfully my local surgery helped me sort out my concerns

This store is great, they will do the utmost to order items that are not in stock, the pharmacists of course are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They always have sufficient staff although I do miss some of the staff that have left.

Every month when I order my meds they always put the wrong ones in the bag and i have to come back and order again. It?s annoying wasting of time

Staff are amazing, especially the lead pharmacist. Took my daughters to do their yellow fever vaccine and he was very accommodating and informative. He is kid friendly and made them feel at ease. The whole experience was a pleasure. Would highly recommend.

They charged me for my meds when I'm on UC, things are hard enough and there refusing to reimburse me even though it's obvious it was done on purpose.I've read your reply and you did not give me options, you just told me to pay. Thats the whole problem. I just went back in and was confronted angrlily by a member of your staff about my negative review. To put this simply you did not tell me or offer me any discount, and just charged me 10 pounds. And the experience I just had going in again was awful, and ended with the manager pulling a member of staff into the back room to calm her down..it's very simple, a member of you staff made a mistake, so its your pharmacys problem and fault, no one elses.

Always rude and when ever I tell them my name they deliberately missprounce my name. They where suppose to show me how to use my new medicin but fail to show it to me correctly and I hade to contact my Dr because the medical did not help my breathing and my Dr told me I was taking it wrong. Horrible and unprofessional
