Honestly the worst supermarket in Brixton. Staff are incredibly rude and there is ALWAYS an issue collecting or sending via Evri here. Strongly suggest going elsewhere.

They have no brain, i got all my bank cards, passport, brp card on my phone and still refused giving my parcel and still asking for physical document! The only place I encountered this request!

Reading the reviews below, it's no surprise that your staff shout FXXX off to a man that only asked for the price to be confirmed.As the manager just stood by and watched saying nothing.The place needs a deep clean floors are filthy and grime everywhere.

I would like to know why 3 staff from Brixton Hill Tesco express were fighting a member of the pubic with sticks on the street.In another incident yesterday a man received a head injury I tried to report the incident to Tesco's customer services.The customer services guy, refused to take my complaint or tranfer me to someone that would take this violent incident seriously. Very poor response to a serious incident

Its a small Tesco but you can get just you quick food needs.

This is a little convenience shop yet they tell their stuff to constantly shift and move products around the shop. Do you think your customers really have time to run around your Tesco supermarkets like idiots looking for items that you constantly displace? It's RIDICULOUS! Other small supermarkets on Brixton Hill don't have this practice. Stop it or you are going to loose more and more customers.

Went to collect a delivery from Evri, walked in, the staff member behind the counter was ready to serve. Advised I had come to collect my parcel, as it was my turn to be served. I was told to wait until he served the five customers that were in the queue behind me, before he could deal with my collection, and he made me wait, even when I asked, am I not a customer also? He responded, "I have to serve the customers first". Will avoid, avoid, avoid this Tesco Express in future.So after the experience last week mentioned above, I went to collect another parcel yesterday. Spent roughly 20 minutes in store, to be told my parcel can not be found. Definitely won't be using this store again, unnecessary stress not needed.

It?s good for basics. Near my house. Staff are generally friendly.I quite often find mouldy or overripe produce though. It?s quite expensive compared to other big Tescos. The security guard is genuinely a pest, always giving me attitude and treating me like a criminal when I?m just trying to buy food, please tell him to calm down

Please check your food stock, best before dates and how you are currently storing your food. Only thing I've eaten today is a Tesco meal deal and currently vomitting and suffering from intense stomach cramps. Happy to remove this 1 star review once you can assure me that you have double checked your processes.ThanksIanEdit: upon reflection, and after doing a quick Google search for "Tesco food poisoning", results showing Tesco were the worst supermarket for food safety standards. I will not be changing the review as lessons are clearly not being learned. Food safety is extremely important and food poisoning is extremely unpleasant.

I?ve Just been racially profiled by the security guard at the self checkout and accused of stealing an item which was bought earlier in the day from another shop. (popcorn from Pret A Manger). As a local resident of 29 years this treatment is embarrassing, outrageous and disappointing. I Have emailed Tesco customer service and am awaiting a reply.
