FAST TRACK ORDERING SYSTEM NOT SECURE
Ordered a cordless vacuum and paid for it using FastTrack Pay & Collect from this branch. Didn't get opportunity to collect it and so requested a refund. Was told they were unable to pay refund because they had given the goods to someone else and have CCTV footage of the goods being collected. I had not given order number or collection code to anyone else. The minimum you expect of a Pay & Collect service is that they keep your goods safe until you can collect them. Don't use FastTrack for high value items.

I picked the wrong SD card - popped back and they swapped it for the correct one no question :-)

Very helpful and good service, honoured an item I wanted with a reduced price that had gone back up to full price

Three items I wanted in the clearance range, website said they were in stock, went to store, all items out of stock but told they would be back in a week if I'd like to reserve, which I duly did, returned to store seven days later, all items back to full price, even though reserved. Pathetic.

Love argos, but this branch has outdated stock checkers, no touch panels to see the catalog and only one staff at the till handling everything from purchases and inquiries. Staff is unwilling to assist when there are very long delays
