Boots opticians were quietly efficient and patient with my needs. I had to cancel twice (not so easy to contact them to warn them but understanding). The process was easy and optical tests performed professionally. My fears of cataracts were allayed and mercifully there was no seedy attempts at upselling for further tests which another optician tries. The spectacles arrived within a week and they have been great.

Having been on the first floor trying to get holiday essentials with my daughter and buggy, I needed to go down to the ground floor. The assistant told me the lift was out of order and I would have to leave the store and use the lift in the shopping centre. This was not helpful in the slightest and the lifts in the shopping centre were busy. The experience wasn't the best, however the shop assistant was helpful and said she would carry my basket and meet me downstairs and wait for me which was helpful, but could have been avoided. Not sure if the lift has been fixed now.

I went to buy a bb cream. I asked a lady she sent me to other lady. That lady sent me to other lady who is expert in bb cream. I asked the difference of bb and cc she said she doesnt remember what is bb cream now. She said she doesnt remember which brands have bb creams. She sent me to other lady. Except the clinique (which the tester was stolen so I couldnt try) these women sent me to each other and did not help me for a second. Useless.

I shopped at Boots Bromley yesterday and was assisted by Besa in order to purchase a few cosmetics . She was very helpful and honest with her recommendations, helped me color match and decide on the products i now love .Thank you Besa !

Went in to buy a beauty product from Dior but couldn't get served by the two women engrossed in a conversation about someone else's personal life. Went to Mac and bought something similar from there instead.

Went to Boots opticians, all staff still wearing face masks as in very close contact with customers, who are also required to wear a mask if you can, felt very safe. Quick and easy process from beginning to end with all staff being friendly and helpful.After collection of my new glasses, just over a week after ordering, I did some shopping in Boots, again, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not overly friendly or helpful staff in store. Will take my Hearing Care custom elsewhere in future. As for Opticians, this rather depends on pot luck as to which member of staff attends to you. Much better alternatives over the road.

Good store set over a couple of floors. Houses an optician and a hearing test department. Good selection of products but can be a little expensive, but always a bargain to be had on select items.

Been to Boots today, needed new foundation.really been struggling. Found this amazing lady on the No7counter . Wow she was so helpful, patient and knew her stuff. This lovely lady was Lisa. The very biggest thank you to her. Please everyone go see for your self. No7 are great products and Lisa will explain the best for your skin type and of course age. ?

Worst customer service ever! I have never been here during a time there wasn't a long line of confused customers and staff standing around ignoring everyone. Doesn't matter if it's just one customer or 8 the staff will look directly at the customer and pretend they are too busy to even acknowledge their existence.

Today I been to boots and unfortunately at the till I had a very uncomfortable moment with the lady at the till, she was rude, she shout at me for no reason, I told her I'm going to pay for a perfume she said which one, I told her the brand of the perfume, she was upset, I asked what's the problem! She didn't replied, I'm just ignored her, when I asked for a bag she raised her voice, she made me upset, I told her again what's is your problem, she decided to thought the received whit at horrible attitude, and this lady called Debbie ruined everything. How's possible to have people like her working with the customer service, this is unacceptable. I'm very disappointed, this is my first time that I have a horrible service. I'm a regular customer of boots and for the first time I'm not happy about my experience of today.I hope they do something about to remedy the situation.Debbie need to learn how to treat customers, many people lost the jobs during the pandemic and I can see this lady doesn't care to look after her position.Awful situation.

DIOR sales assistants are not great unfortunately. They seem to be away from the shop often and are generally not really willing to spend time discussing options and give advices to clients. Of course,nowadays that?s one of the main point of going shopping rather than buying make-up online, which would be cheaper too. They should also be trained on the DIOR products better since they seem to be unfamiliar with them.
