Really awful service. Booked an appointment online, walked in and all the staff on the floor that weren?t busy went out the back. Was waiting for 20 minutes and someone who just walked in got seen to STRAIGHT AWAY , finally someone came over and got a colleague to come over to us. He didn?t measure my child?s foot flat on the floor so wasn?t accurate whatsoever. After he measured my child?s feet, he walked off and got someone else shoes in their child?s size??? We left empty handed in the end. Awful awful awful. Go to beckenham instead!!!!

Bromly clarks were not the best we waited over 20 minutes and they kept dismissing us when we asked for there help. but the Clark's in Beckenham were way better they gave us full attention to our selection and we were out in 7 minutes lily was so reliable with our chois.

5 star service in children's department. For some reason, this is on the top floor. Long wait to be served, I appreciate that with children this takes longer but there is nothing to amuse the children with whilst waiting. Quality good, but pricey.

Awful!! Turned up just before 4.30pm at Clark?s, Bromley today (Sunday) to get my 2 year old daughter fitted for new shoes, only to be told the Children?s department always closes at 4.30pm on a Sunday. However they are advertising on Google and on the shop door that they are open until 5pm on Sunday. What are they doing?!?! For over 30 minutes until 5pm they are apparently tidying shoes in that department and not serving customers. I?m sorry but that is not on if you are advertising as open you should be. Another family with two kids arriving after us were met with the same disappointment and inconvenience.No excuse Clarks Bromley. I am sure I am one of many frustrated customers and I cannot believe Clarks Head Office allows this?! Or perhaps they are unaware.

Manager may have been having a bad day but was very rude! She also had a very clear distaste towards non-white customers. Upon leaving the store I was asked numerous times whether I was okay by others that witnessed her poor customer service. I love Clark?s. As a nurse I buy their shoes regularly, but unfortunately I don?t think I will make another purchase.

The Manager was pompous and obnoxious!!!I bought my wife a rather expensive pair of knee-high boots. She had worn them 3 separate times and then today she noticed that the stitching was coming apart at the front of the boot. I took them back to this Bromley store today with the intention too return them and request a refund or replacement.Going upon Clark's impeccable record I didn't see that there would be an issue.When I presented the boots in their original box with the receipt before the manager "Jeff" the conversation got rather heated very quickly. I pointed out that these shoes were only 4 months old, and he became very smarmy and smug. Then told me he was only going to offer me "as a goodwill gesture" half the value of the boots in the form of a voucher. I pointed out that I wished to have a full refund because I didn't wish to shop there anymore so a voucher would be useless to me. He refused point blank to refund me my monies, so I left.I felt the manager "Jeff" was insulting my intelligence as the boots were clearly faulty and at only 4 months old were not fit for purpose. I will say this, Clarks has always been my first choice when buying shoes. I have two very young children and I replace their shoes every couple of months.I will not put up with this sort of flippant, smarmy and slapdash attitude. Therefore I will not be shopping there again.This manager "Jeff" was an extremely rude person with a bad attitude and even worse manners.Good day.Mr. C a Mitchell
