Avoid ordering deliveries from here. I've had two recent instances of food missing from orders. This evening they missed the entire food order and delivered me a single milkshake for what was supposed to be my wife's birthday meal.It took me around 15 minutes of phoning GBK until someone answered. The staff member casually said 'oh yeah I know that one, the driver didn't pick it up'. So they knew my order wouldn't arrive, but rather than either contact the deliveroo driver or me, they ignored the problem and left me trying to resolve it.The staff member admitted this happens often with deliveries. There is clearly a process issue whereby the driver will identify a bag with an order reference and not realise that there are additional bags related to that order. This would be an incredibly easy problem for GBK to fix. However they choose to blame deliveroo rather than take responsibility for their customers receiving the food they order.I have never experienced this from any other restaurant, and have had it twice from here. I'd strongly recommend ordering from elsewhere, or at least a different branch of GBK.

Had a birthday party at GBK. Seated at a big table. Service was great even helped us with a cake cutting etc.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options

Strange experience. Came in a month or so ago with a voucher deal. Had already called and supervisor told me over the phone how to manage it. Restaurant was empty, it was a Wednesday night, but loads of delivery drivers, staff seemed to be so focused on them and food orders for them mainly, we found that annoying as needed to get their help with the order, as you had to make it thru the app - couldn't do it another way and app wasn't working properly. Infuriating esp when hangry. (GBK: Head office should look at the journey of this, talk about off putting we nearly walked out.) Sadly neither the burgers nor the service were worth the headache, however one member of staff just about pulled it out the bag, and turned a stupidly silly situation into something just about bearable so we could make our orders.If you're going in with a voucher, just be prepared for a bit of headache using the app etc - a bunch of the info on the menu and the app is the same, *but it's not spelled out as the same* in either of these places... and basically you prob need to have your hand held to make the right order, as you also need to ask questions to the server to complete the order correctly.. palavers!Also, that night I was violently sick. The burger i had was a classic chicken one - It was well cooked, and looked and tasted fresh, but it did not agree with me and I was extremely ill.

Came with the family after going to see the Christmas lights. The restaurant was very busy and there wasn?t much staff on so had to wait a little while for service, didn?t mind however as the food was great and well worth the wait.

Horrendous service. Menus were literally thrown at us when we arrived.Had a table booked for 9pm, ordered at 21:13. Waiter (if you can call him that) approached us at 21:25 saying "takeaway only now", and then presented us with our food in a bag at 21:30.If you can't be bothered to keep the kitchen open or clean your tables past 21:30, close earlier.Made to feel like they couldn't care less about my custom. Food was passable at best.Well done, you've lost a faithful group of customers, neither me nor any of my group will be returning.

If im going to spend my hard earned money to eat out I expect a basic level of customer service from staff. I left after a less than friendly welcome which is a shame because the food looks great. Disappointing.

Such a shame food delivered cold the burgers, the onion rings and the chips.. not impressed ? I'm sure taste would have been much better hot !!
