The guy is really helpful and polite when visiting to return Evri parcels which often isn't the case when visiting other shops that offer the same service. This is my go-to place and I often try and make a small purchase as a "thank you" while I'm there. Just don't tear the label paper on the Evri printer ?

An uneducated staff yelling and being very aggressive! that staff should be fired as soon as possible. I went there to post a parcel and it would never go again! I am very disappointed and very angry with service on that shop! Ervi should be removed from that store as they don?t know how to serve people and be nice to people who going to post parcels there! Its no people fault that the printer got jam!!!!!!!!!!! And take out your stupid signs from that printer and go fix it!!! And learn how to serve a customer without being agressive and yelling..if you can?t go and find another job!

I find it hard to believe these reviews are genuine. I have been in the shop to send parcels and buy other things on a number of occasions and I have found the staff to be dismissive at best and rude and unhelpful more often than not. It's grubby little shop anyway and the staff are awful.

Such a helpful, friendly bunch. Always have a giggle with them. The shop literally stocks everything you need. Was a god send in lockdown. Also has the postal service which is great.

My experience was the same as several others who have left reviews. The owner - a short, aggressive little man - became irate because his scanner wasn't working and I preferred to wait until it was scanned. He suggested that implied he would steal my parcel, which is complete nonsense, and ultimately threw my parcel back at me. He completely embarrassed himself and should be ashamed. Avoid returning parcels in this shop.
