Its is combination of Grocery supermarket and clothing and home decor store. Impressed with the variety and floors with Home section, women section and kids section. They do kids uniform too which was very helpful.Since moved recently to this area ended up buying some home stuff too from here and the quality was commendable.Produce in Foodhall is also impressive as they have multiple ready to eat meals available like sushi, gyozas, samosa, sandwiches etcLike their fresh breads section tooOverall a must try

The café is a great café but often very busy and the tables are crammed together. Outstandingly moist carrot cake however. Plus the iced buns are a huge hit with the kids. Great value snack stop.

I went into M&S to day to start my Christmas shopping. The store was very cold. So I left after visiting children's section.Come on M&S if I felt cold what about your staff

The cafe is just an awful experience. Absolute mayhem, packed out and tables piled with used item. Shame really because the food and drink is ok. Unfortunately though it means it doesn?t give a relaxing time.

Nicely laid out and well lit ground floor and food hall. Isles are not cluttered with nice amount of space to move around sections without bumping into other people or knocking products off shelves or hangers.Foodhall has a good selection of food items with luxury packaging for gifting. One snag, have more self check out tills in the food hall that take both cash and card please.

All I want is to buy my things using a proper till and a person not those awful self service things. And when I asked at the refund desk can I just pay here i was pushed along to the machines. Please just bring the people back to tills it?s absolutely awful
