I am very grateful to the bank staff JACK and the manager Kaite for helping me solve my bank problems, because recently my online banking information was stolen and I lost funds. The service attitude of the customer service center is very good, I must like it.

We'd been having issues opening an account and popped in to finish it up. Despite being strangely difficult, everyone at nationwide - on the phone, in the branch - has been incredibly friendly, helpful and persistent in solving our problems. The team in the branch actually managed to get us over the line - thank you!

I?m not a Nationwide customer but I used their outside atm today which swallowed my money. Luckily a staff member Virag O?Sullivan was there to help me, she was very friendly and professional even tho I don?t bank with them. If I ever need a bank account I?ll definitely come back.

Phoned for help regarding a payment taken from my I kept being told I would speak to an advisor in 10 minutes and kept being told repeatedly I would speak to someone shortly 45 minutes later I was completely cut off disgusting I ended up getting the buses down to Bromley in the pouring rain and sorted it out over the counter the call I made was just a waste of time and was still recovering from a broken foot

Having Just switched accounts I am more than pleased with Nationwide. Extremely helpful and very professional staff. Serap Korukoglu went over and above to assist me with switching accounts. Thankyou very much
