Can't believe I spent £45 here. ??it was my 1st time here in a hot minute and I was in my wheelchair pointing and asking my daughter to pick things up not looking at prices cos its poundland. I wanted to put stuff back, but I know it was still cheaper... ActuallyI'm not sure. Could probably have just added to my asda or Aldi shopping and paid less, but as a wheelchair user, it was OK. And I'm feeling generous today.

Typical pound store, right now most selfs are empty and the prices went up.Bigger than others ones but not enough staff as usual.

Basically there everytime I go broms perfect place if you don't wanna spend much I mean it's in the name anyway love the place may not be the most fancy but I think it's great

During my recent visit to Poundland to return an item, I encountered a disappointing experience. The manager, dressed in a black t-shirt, was outside chatting with someone, causing a delay. Despite the kind efforts of the staff to locate her, it took more than 10 minutes for her to come inside. However, she then went back out to meet her sister, even after being informed that a customer was waiting for a return. This lack of consideration for customers' time and inefficient service was disheartening. I hope Poundland takes this feedback seriously and improves their managerial presence and customer service standards.

Bit of a mess. Some staff are particularly unfriendly. Can be useful to pick up a bargain.

Obviously with the cost of living crisis, this shop is invaluable.But beware. On average, for the products priced at £1, a third of them are worth more, a third are £1, but be warned the remaining third are worth actually less and sometimes not even 50p.So shop carefully.
