I popped in looking for a specific Prada Perfume for a friend?s birthday gift and a member of staff by the name of Marcia, helped me locate it. She was very patient, friendly and informative. Even offered to help me wrap the gift at their wrapping section. Excellent customer service.

Store staff are friendly and efficient. It's a well stocked store. However, while I understand the necessity of maximising retail space in a limited area, the narrow aisles are problematic for wheelchair users, even at less busy times. Almost impossible with the store crowded.

Love to shop in Superdrug especially when they have special deals on. Bought my Vaseline Cocoa radiant cream here and my Loreal Casting creme gloss hair dye. Well worth the money as they were both on offer. Plus you earn points with your Superdrug beauty card

Parents should avoid this place or tell their girls not to go there without an adult. There is a white bald man with beard who I believe member of Superdrug or security there, carrying a camera on his chest, staring at school girls and other young women in shop. To think that my daughter goes this particular shop for shopping gives me chills. Are there any background checks done on male staff? Glades, instead of banning school kids should protect them.
