Will not be shopping here again. I could not believethe completely unacceptable, appalling service fromAida!! She was rude from the minute I walked intothe store. Initially she agreed to do my refund of afaulty item and then when she saw me she changedher mind and refused. I had my receipt and it waswithin the days for refund / exchange . She mademe call customer service and when they told her torefund the faulty item she still declined. On top ofthis she told me to get up when I sat down to talk tocustomer services. She was very unprofessionaland needs a lot of training. She showed the wholestore what I was returning and asked them what doyou think, is it faulty or not!!! How unprofessional isthat? She has completely bought down thereputation of the store and needs customer servicetraining and needs to learn basic communicationskills. I do believe she needs a lot of training withregards to diversity and equality.

Rude management and beyond poor customer service - Aida the manager specifically, I just hope she?s given more training as she doesn?t have the competency to be a manager which is a shame as the rest of the staff are friendly, approachable, respectful and polite, it brings down the reputation of the store which again is a shame. I?ve noticed that the quality of products have also gone down recently.

Poor customer service. I wanted to purchase some towels and the woman at the counter was keep pushing me to give her my address and full name. Since when I have to register to pay for something in the store with my own card. Not gonna come again. Rude and Horrible customer service!!!

Called to place an order on the phone as the website clearly states that if a product is in stock in the store , for a charge of 7.95 , an order can be made over the phone to be delivered to a home address. After calling several time, I finally got through to someone called KLEONA, who from the inset seemed to be doing everything she could to deter me from making a purchase.First she stated that it wasn?t possible to order over the phone and the store could only make an online order from the website on behalf of customers. I pointed out the ludicrousness of this statement and explained i could quite easily make an online order for myself so what would be the point? She proceeded to check with a comment and then cane back with ?we can make an order bit theres a charge of £7.95? i explained that yes I was aware of that. Obviously if I?ve looked into making a store order o will also have checked costing. I was then met with another barrier ?well theres a two week delay with dpd?. Dumbfounded, i questioned how she would know this considering dpd release delivery slots upon order?! She then told me they have a two week backlog. KLEONA, you must work for them too! I gave up and ended the call, rang the Canary Wharf branch and made the order seamlessly in a matter of minutes!Honestly!

I probably will never shop here again. I visited with my sisters over the weekend and immediately upon walking in store we were met with hostility. It seems as if they all stopped whatever they were doing prior to us entering the store and to gather and stare at us. Not a single employee greeted us, asked if we needed help or gave as much as a smile. There were plenty of other people in the store at the time but we were then followed around the store by at least 3 employees. We looked around in the home-wear and kids section and I noticed they kept touching and rearranging anything we looked at. i had the feeling it was best to let my sisters know not to touch anything as this I had a feeling this could potentially escalate into something much more. We tried to shop but the entire experience just made us my pregnant sister anxious that we decided it was best to leave. I think clearly the staff need diversity and customer service training

Lovely products although as expected quite pricey. Somewhere I may go as an occasional treat to myself. I would give another star but the staff seemed to think we were going to steal something as they watched us like hawks which dappened my first time experience there so I may just order online instead.

This shop has very good quality items, tho quite expensive. Have bought a couple of items as Xmas presents for those near & dear to me.
